This company has really impressed me. The sales team meet my needs and I have referred family and friends their contact details. My experience with the installation crew was the best as well.
This experience I have had has been really surprising to me as the management did all the work getting me connected. The electrical inspector said it was the best job he has seen with the way my setup was, is. Will I use this company again.You bet.

“Easier than we thought”
The sales process was explained thoroughly before proceeding, and the install was done well before the promised time frame.Honestly - These boys organised everything from start to finish and even setup the apps for us and still call us to follow up to make sure we are happy with it all including the savings we are gaining out of this solar install.

I had a fantastic experience with Solar Energy Group, especially working with Sachin. From the very beginning, Sachin kept me informed every step of the way. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and nothing was ever a problem.Their pricing was very competitive, and my installation location in the Victorian High Country — about 3½ hours from Melbourne — made things a bit tricky, but that didn’t slow them down at all. The installers arrived promptly, were very professional, and completed a very neat, tidy installation.
After the install, it only took three days for the final sign-off to be completed, which I thought was excellent. I also went with the Sigenergy 24 kW battery, and they even upgraded me to a more expensive solar panel at no extra cost.
Overall, this was a really positive experience — fantastic pricing, great quality product, and excellent communication throughout. I cannot recommend Solar Energy Group highly enough.
