Review
Great inverter and has been solid performer. It protects itself when the network voltage went all over the place until they managed to rebalance the phase.I just added the battery now it works 24 / 7 and so far has not missed a beat

Easy going

More than type of service
Solar oak is a small company and had very competitive rates also they were able to restore our roof at the same timeInverter rating: 5/5
Bad experience - give these guys a miss
Delay after delay. Kept promising a date and then not turning up, they use an electrical contractor for the install, I kept getting stuck in the middle, Solar Oak / Urban Future blaming the contractor and then the contractor saying Solar Oak haven’t paid them for 6 mths…it was tough, finally completed the install and they put one set of panels too low on the roof and in the shadow from the house next door, which was disappointing because I told the installer to put them as high as possible, when I got on the roof after the install, all the pointing on the ridge line was cracked and damaged, Matt from Solar Oak said they would repair it, I paid them and I’m still chasing them to repair my roof, My advice would be avoid this business.Panel rating: 4/5
