Very helpful team
Very informative sales rep who spent quite some time in our home explaining the process of having solar, going through our electricity bills and advising when the best time to use electrical appliance to get the best value from a solar systemAfter agreeing to go ahead with their competitive quote, we were kept in the loop about possible installation dates.
The installers arrived on time, were very polite, and kept the site clean and tidy
After installation was complete, some time was spent with us showing us how to use the app so we could track our use, how full the batteries are and what is being exported to the grid. We had a query soon after they left and our phone call was answered promptly and our query sorted.
We have been very pleased with the whole process
