Great installation
Sales and quoting process was simple. They visited the site prior to quoting, rather than just quoting with site unseen. Quick and easy installation. Great team and left no mess. The installers kept us up-to-date on their processes and answered all our questions, quickly. Decided to wait and get a battery later.17 August 2023
Love our new solar system, thanks Fased Solar
The salesman was happy to do a site visit which was much appreciated, giving us the opportunity to ask questions and to understand the benefits of going solar. Seems like a small thing, but most of the companies we approached declined to do a site visit, preferring to use technology to design a system they believed suited our roof direction, flat concrete tiles, pitch and shading. The installation was more complex than it first appeared and took a little longer than planned but we were kept updated by the electrician/team leader. The installers worked well together and the team leader/electrician was highly professional. We selected all black panels with black racking which look great on our roof. The electrician connected the system to the internet and advised how we could download the performance measurement app on our phones. Fased Solar handled everything for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking to install a solar system.04 August 2023

Best value for money and a professional retailer
We were not intending to install a solar system but thought we would just go through the process to stay informed. After being visited by a few potential retailers, and comparing that experience with the Fased approach, we were very impressed with the Fased wholistic approach and 'no hard sell'. So we felt that we received sound information and advice to help us make whatever decision we were lead to make - which after review of the options and comparisons between the quotes, we chose the Fased micro-inverter option and are very happy (noting that it is only a few days after the install, but everything looks good.) The install team were friendly and helpful to us and each other. The electrician did a fantastic job under time pressure and the supervising electrical engineer provided all the information and clarification of all aspects that we questioned. Overall, the Fased team from sales to install etc were great - thank you!10 months later we asked Gary Narelle: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The installed system seems to be producing about 5% less power than advised to us during the quotation stage. Some of this may be because half of the installed panels needed to be adjusted to 5 degrees away from the sun due to the garage roof fall -on which they were installed to allow for rain water runoff - this was not identified during the quote or installation but needed to be adjusted a few months later. It would have been better to fit these panels onto inclined frames rather than just using the roof fall but was identified too late.06 December 2022

Great In-House Team and a Quality Result
The sales process was very smooth and relaxed, with Sage being very responsive and knowledgeable. There was no hard-sell, or up-selling, and there was regular contact over that period. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and gave honest advice. The owner Frank was also happy to chat as well, which was great.One thing that attracted me to Fased was that they are a local in-house operation (no sub-contracting here). I believe it paid off in that the team was highly motivated, coordinated, and efficient during the installation, and took pride in their work. They certainly knew what they were doing - my installation happened with short notice on the day another job was unable to be done. Despite the lost time, the installation was still completed in about six hours despite it being a larger job. There were a few bits and pieces to tidy up after the crew left but it was fairly minor.
Everything regarding the grid and connection was completely transparent to me which was great. The system started exporting the afternoon of the install and the credit to my electricity account started flowing in. It has now been four months since the install and the system has been faultless.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fased, and the Enphase ecosystem despite the price premium. No regrets.

Great service and install.
The quoting process was smooth with several system options provided and all my questions answered. The installation took about half a day and the workmen left my house in a tidy state. Everything was organised by Fased after the install so there was nothing to do on our side. The only issue we had was a loud noise coming from the "Envoy" box installed on the wall. I informed the company and they promptly fixed the box and all seems to be working well now.Panel rating: 5/5

Brett in the office, answered all of my questions and them some. Was the only company rep to follow up with more than "do you have our quote" (I approached 3 companies for quotes).
Frank and his team on the day, were excellent.
Frank struggled with the difficulties of my structure to honestly produce cleaner installation of the inverter than I was expecting.
The team on the roof had the foresight to allow as much room as possible to allow me access to the upper external windows for cleaning etc. They could have mounted in the middle of the roof and walked away.
For those concerned with the Fronius and the web portal. I opted to have the inverter wired into my network and it hasnt missed a beat.
Thanks Frank and Fased Solar for an all around great experience.

Fased Solar in the ACT is fantastic
The sales/quoting process was very professional but much less corporate than others who quoted. I wasn't bombarded with reminders of timeslots I had been booked in for. Just a friendly phone call to establish my needs, and a quote was sent through. No hard sell, but I knew I could clarify things. Their quote offered better quality products at a more competitive price. The installers work for the company, are not sub-contractors. This was great because they checked the design and suggested improvements when they came to work on the installation. Friendly, tidy installers. Super happy with the quality of the products used and the very aesthetically pleasing installation. The owner was in touch to discuss and check on key things at key points in the process. The installation happened more quickly than advised (they under promised and over delivered). Everything was taken care of in terms of the overall setup, including with the utility meter, the government support programs and the analytics connected with the inverter. Happy with installation. Looks sleek.
Efficient with quote and afforded a lot of time with question.Looks sleek. Installed super quick (not sure how it compares to others, but installed within 2 weeks of first contact).
Hooked me up to the grid.
Fased appeared to focus more on quality then price.
Time will tell how it fairs in the long term, but so far very happy.

Quality installation tailored to our needs
We had a good overall experience using solar quotes. All of the selected suppliers contacted us within the week following submission of our requirements. Two had responded within three days.We chose Fased Solar because they went to great lengths to ensure the quote met our specific needs. Fased was also prepared to remove an existing system and ensured it was sent for recycling rather than to landfill. They were cost competitive and use premium panels and inverters. The fact the owner has the same system on his roof gave us confidence that he stands behind the product.
The quote provided was also the best in terms of analysis and information specific to our site and greatly helped us make an informed decision. Being a family owned business that has been operating in the ACT since 2008 also gave us peace of mind on their likely reliability and quality. Importantly, they did not try and up-sell us, but rather provided a tailored solution according to our needs and based on their many years of experience servicing the Canberra market.
The installation went relatively smoothly and the team was easy to work with throughout the process. They were friendly, punctual and courteous. Fased handled all the paperwork prior to installation and after to ensure our system was connected to the grid and functioning. Frank and his team were friendly to deal with, reliable and worked hard to get the installation done. The owner attended site multiple times and took responsibility for commissioning the system, which we really appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Solar Quotes and Fased Solar.

Great Quality Hardware and Good Installation.
Rep who provided the quotes was quick to respond and very responsive to my questions. Very good communications during the quotation stage. The installation team did not always advise me on days when they would be at my house but the installation turned out very well.28 May 2021
Reliable, Knowledgeable, Informative and personalised service
After doing some research I had shortlisted LG and Sunpower solar panels, that I thought would be long lasting and provide the reliability and power I was after. I had originally contacted another large local installer who who was only interested in selling me their standard packages and it was only after I prompted them about the LG Neon 2 range, that began quoting on it.When researching on the Sunpower website, they directed me to a local installer who called me within a couple of days. After initially talking to one of the sales guys from Fased, they put me onto the owner Frank, to whom I had several long discussions with over several weeks. This reason for this being I was asking Frank a lot of technical questions and asking about different combinations that are on offer and what would be best - panels, optimisers, inverters (single phase, 3 phase, micro inverters), size of the system, batteries, feed in tarrifs, and much more. Interestingly the more I asked about these details, the more open and happy Frank was to discuss them. He is s straight shooter, and will suggest the optimal components of system and size based on what you describe to him are you needs and desires. If you want to go over the top, he's more than happy to order and install it though will openly point out what the sweet spot / best value is for you based on his experience, knowledge of what is available on the market and what you need.
Frank's quotes are detailed and consist of quality documentation of every component that will be installed, how it will be installed and the electrical design of the system. He is forthcoming and open about any delays, if they occur. They also contain estimates of how much power you would be generating each month of the year, how much the anticipated power bill savings are, rate of return, technical specs and more. Fased organised connection with the power company/grid connection so that everything went smoothly.
Installation is quick and occurred over few days - weather dependent. The team are friendly, open to chat, and very tidy. They are more than happy to show you each component and discuss it.
Frank is usually the last to leave each day and ensures that the installation looks fantastic and operates seamlessly. He is explains the operation of the system and demos the system monitoring app / web site so you have complete understanding - even shutting down the system if need be, not that you would ever need to. The system documentation is similar to the quotes and has additional information and photos of the installation, model and serial numbers of each component, certifications and more.
Frank may be difficult to reach at times, due to the busy nature of the business, attendances at conferences, etc; though he will usually answer your call and/org get back to you later.
Very professional and personable. Experience from initial contact to installation and continued after completion is exceptional.

Professional Installers with an eye for quality
Frank and the crew from Fased went the extra mile with my solar installation. A more complex job than most as we were adding panels to existing panels on roof, and the difficult roof line meant 5 separate arrays. Frank even cleaned up a messy wiring job left by the previous installers because he said he couldn't leave it like it was. Thanks to Frank and his team, our panels are generating nicely. Good communicators. Best panels.
I found fased via a Sunpower recomendation as I was looking for the best panels on the market Maxeon 3 400W.I found they where very careful about getting things installed properly, and where very good at trying to meet my additional preference for solar panel placement.
I will be calling them again when I am ready to install batteries.

Prompt service and very good communication
Fased were the first of the three firms recommended by Solar Quotes to get in contact with us. Their representative was very knowledgeable, a delight to deal with and answered all our questions, however dumb!One of the other firms didn't even bother to provide a quote, even after we provided additional information they requested. The third company was so slow in providing their quote we had already committed to going with Fased.
Once we signed up with Fased there was very good communication, timetables were adhered to and Frank and his team went about their tasks in a very professional manner, with minimal disruption to our household. WE have no hesitation in recommending Fased P/L

Professional service from a quality local business
We took a conscious decision to go for a higher quality system and the 25 year guarantee on the solar panels was important to us. A more personal engagement with the supplier/installer provided by a local business was also important to us. Fased fitted the bill and we would recommend Frank and his professional team without any hesitation. We are absolutely thrilled with the work Fased has done in installing our 10.2kW system.A very professional approach from start to finish. Fased arranged everything - from a new switchbox to the full solar system, including setting up the software and registering the system online. Very pleased with our Solar Panel System in Lyons
From the point of getting a quote, to the installation, to the follow-up: we were very impressed with Fased. They were helpful and patiently answered our many questions at the time we were choosing a system and installer; they were very professional throughout the installation phase - polite, tidy and punctual (despite having to work in difficult and trying conditions). Quality System
After a quote, there has been a few site visits from FASE before the installation. Also, FASE has arranged with the power company for me to replace the old electric meter with a smart meter prior to the installation. Frank, the owner of FASE, thoroughly checked the house and the power switch in one of the visits. Answered my questions fairly clearly.Although the installation had been delayed thanks to many rainy days, Frank plus 3 or 4 staff came and installed the system immeduately after the Easter Holidays. Installation has been done professionally and effcienctly in one day despite some old roof tile issues. The grid connection was done by FASE as well as setting up the online monitoring system. Very happy with the communication and service.

Highly Recommended - Great Attention to Detail

Panels and inverters are both best-of-class and the installation team was polite, hard-working, and left everything neat and tidy. Excellent communication
Frank Carbone and his team installed our solar system in a timely fashion, arriving exactly when promised. He said it would happen 4 - 6 weeks after we signed and it did. The rails were installed well in advance of the panels and at that time they said that our TV antennae needed to be moved. They did this and repaired the holes in the roof at no extra expense. Despite the odd glitch (not of their making), the installation went well over the 1.5 days it took. At all times Frank kept us well informed of progress and problems. He organised the connection to the grid the same day the installation was finished and promptly sent through all documentation. His instructions on use and monitoring the system were excellent. Absolutely no regrets!
The service from quotation to installation was of the highest calibre. I was impressed by the quality of customer service, throughout the process. The quotation from Fased was not the cheapest we recieved, but what was most relevant to us was honesty and professionalism. And that is precisely what we recieved from Fased. The PV system has now been in service since mid January 2020 and is performing precisely as advertised and with absolutely no complaints or regrets.Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic Installation and Installer
I spoke with Frank from Fased and felt immediately at ease. He came to our home and confirmed exactly what was needed for our challenging installation and sent through a detailed quote which was easy to understand. Frank kept us regularly up to date.Frank was cleverly able to plan the installation so that there was a bare minimum of conduit visible, my nightmare was that we would end up with a nasty white stripe down the side of the grey brick which would stand out like a sore thumb. The job was completed with a minimum of fuss and our garage was cleaner when he finished than when he started!

Solar System Installation
The quotation process was straight forward with minimal disruption, FASED could see what was exactly required to that specified.The installation went really well, not rushed and the team communicated well and were very capable to completing the task in a punctual manner, including the paperwork.
The customer service was exceptional and they had good communication with the suppliers to obtain the required sign-off of the system.
I highly recommended them to anyone.

7.38kW System, 18 panels with micro-inverters
Everything from the quote to the installation and after service was excellent. I have had no issues with anything from the installation or the monitoring app.Only one minior thing was the layout of my panels ended up being changed on the day of installation due to the ceiling in my living room being racked and therefore did not have enough support beams for the railing system used by the panels. I was not charged anything extra.
The average power I am producing is inline with what I was quoted. The solar is powering a 3 bedroom home with only one occupant with a ducted 15kW reverse cycle system and electric cooking in the kitchen. Hot water remains on Gas.
