Excellent Knowledgeable Installer and Outstanding Customer Service
Navigating through the solar process can be very overwhelming. Ben from Go Sparky is a lovely guy who patiently answered all our questions which made it easier to understand and make an informed choice. He wasn't pushy and his price was very competitive.The installation went very smoothly. Ben and his team were prompt, polite and hard working. Customer service was excellent.
I would highly recommend Go Sparky if you are looking to install a solar system. I have already recommended Ben and his team to others.

Job well done!
We are very satisfied with the installation of 10.6kW of solar panels by Go Sparky Pty Ltd. The sales and quoting process was very streamlined and timely. Ben at Go Sparky Pty Ltd was the only installer that came to take a look at the premises in person.The installation was professionally carried out and it was obvious that these guys know what they're doing leaving no trace behind other than 26 panels on the roof.
Go Sparky Pty Ltd has made sure we have everything needed for the grid connection after install.
We highly recommend Go Sparky Pty Ltd and will be using them for any other electrical in the future.

Great installation & excellent service
Definitely recommend Ben - did a great job installing our solar system. Upgraded our power board and replaced some faulty sockets in the house at the same time. Very good quality tradesman and fair prices.Inverter rating: 5/5

Outstanding Customer Engagement
From the planning process until the very end Ben and team were highly professional, great communication, always informative and hard workers. Very impressed with his ethical approach, such as ‘if we crack a tile we replace the tile and will not just patch it together again ‘ (no tiles were cracked). He also took time to thoroughly explain how the panels were attached to the roof.Super Personalised service, we did not feel like we were part of a sales process but working with a quality tradesman who takes pride in his work. We know Ben is remotely monitoring our new system and will actively follow up.

Great installer, seamless process
Ben and team were great, quoted promptly, communication was excellent, very responsive and friendly.Importantly, install was done well and on time, fitted in between endless days of rain!

Knowledgeable, does what he says, and all round good bloke
When I initially requested a quote, Ben was the only person to actually come out in person, check out the premises and have a chat about what I need. He provided a very cost effective quote, turned up when he said he would, and is clearly passionate about his business and solar. I had a bunch of questions which he patiently answered for me.Even little things, like noticing my antenna was casting a shadow and then changing it around and upgrading it for me, free of charge, shows how good of a bloke he is.
I've already recommended him to half the street, and would happily use him again. Wherever I can, I go local, and this is another example of a great local business providing excellent service.

Beautiful Installation
Ben from Go Sparky was a complete professional throughout our solar installation process. He was very genuine and honest in his advice and recommendations when providing us with a quote for our system.The installation process went smoothly, they were punctual, they took there time to do a beautiful installation and any damaged roof tiles was replaced.
Customer service was fantastic, we had some issues with our inverter connecting to our home wifi, Ben returned promptly to wire the inverter directly to our router.
We can't be happier with our solar system, it's working perfectly and we highly recommend Go Sparky.

Small business = better customer service
I chose Go Sparky for the simple reason that Ben wasn't pushy in his attitude. He gave me three available choices - gold, silver, bronze - of which I chose the silver. A good quality and output Jinko Tiger 430w hooked up to Solar Edge HD Wave producing 5.6 kw, all for a competitive price after attracting 4 other quotes. This install was to supplement my 8 year old SMA 4.6kw set up.Ben and his 2 installers were polite and had the job done in a day. From order to install was less than 2 weeks. The job was very professional and tidy.
Although this was a mid year install, I'm looking forward to capturing a lot of western sun in summer.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben's Go Sparky to anyone looking for a new solar system, upgrading or adding.
