Unbelievable service

Seriously impressed with Heaps Good Solar for my recent battery install. The whole team was top-notch – professional, knew their stuff inside and out, and were genuinely great to deal with. They really listened to what I needed and suggested the Sigenergy battery system, which has been perfect. The installation itself was a breeze, done properly and efficiently. It was good to see they didn't just palm it off to someone else; their own crew handled everything. What stood out was how well they kept in touch. Lawson was always quick to answer any questions I had, and even gave me a call afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly. If he wasn't sure about something on the spot, he always followed up super fast. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service and the Sigenergy system. Highly recommend them!

Old Fashioned Service

We had very quick replies from all three providers on our original choice of system. All based the system location on satellite photos as seems the norm nowadays. Heaps Good went further by phoning and asking if we would like an onsite follow up before making a decision. This is exactly what we wished for so took them up. Lawson arrived and spent nearly two hours with us. Originally this was because the onsite visit gave the opportunity to discover things which were not noticeable when relying on pictures, such as the roof having two sections with different pitches, which altered the way a system could be mounted. It also allowed time to discuss our needs in person with someone knowledgeable. The result was the choice of a bigger system which met our needs more appropriately. If the other suppliers had offered a follow up visit as a matter of course they could perhaps have had a chance to further business.

The new system, a hybrid, gave us better production along with more storage capacity. The order was placed and installation dates organised. Within a week we were contacted and informed that Heaps Good, along with many providers around Australia were having difficulty contacting the distributor and getting any information as to when the components would be available. We were given the choice to continue waiting or another system with different components. As it seemed very similar we went with the latter, with new installation dates organised. Later we found out that the replacement system was actually more expensive than the original but we would not be charged the difference. How good is that we asked ourselves. Installation went ahead with a very friendly and professional crew who kept us fully informed all the way through. They were a well oiled machine! Not only was the installation neat and correct but there was nothing left around, everything was tidy. Unusual to say the least. The team gave us a time of arrival and stuck to it and no waste of time took place. On completion everything was carefully explained to us with the addendum that if ever we had even the simplest of questions then we were to phone and ask and they would answer. Something which surprised us was that the team tidied up our power box which over the years had become congested and almost impossible to read. No such problem now. No charge for this either. Since installation Heaps Good have kept in contact checking in and filling us in on how the system is working and what we thought and think.

We cannot recommend Heaps Good Solar highly enough. They have provided service which is so rare these days along with high quality workmanship. Businesses like this are rare. Thank you Heaps Good Solar!
