Honest, no nonsense service!
After speaking to so many solar companies, I was honestly starting to think they were all the same. There were hidden extras, pressure tactics, and quotes that kept changing. Then I spoke to Ashley at Lumos Electrical, and I can't recommend him highly enough.Ashley was honest from the start, explained everything in plain English, and never tried to upsell me or sneak in extra costs. What he quoted was what I got. He was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.
Ashley took the time to recommend the right-sized system for our home rather than trying to sell us the biggest or most expensive option. We have a smaller house, and he explained exactly what system and battery capacity would suit our needs and why. It was obvious he was focused on getting us the best value and performance, not just making a bigger sale. That honesty really stood out after dealing with so many other companies.
The installation team turned up on time, were friendly, professional, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. The whole process was smooth, and Ashley kept me informed every step of the way. He also made sure I understood the system and helped organise everything that needed to be done after the installation.
If you're getting solar quotes, do yourself a favour and speak to Ashley before signing with anyone else. After dealing with so many companies that felt like they were trying to rip me off, it was refreshing to find someone who genuinely values honesty and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lumos Electrical to anyone looking for a quality installation with no hidden surprises.

Solar installation
Lumos came and quoted my system and got it approved and installed a few days later.The installation process was straight forward and explained well. It looks like it has been installed well to my knowledge.
No charger was installed.

Happy customer
I had Ash from Lumos to initially give me a quote for solar my place in Gold Coast.The quote arrived promptly and was the lowest out of the 3 I received, when asking why he explained he had lower over heads and passed that onto the customer.
I was impressed with how he handled the process and his professionalism so I went with him.
He kept me in the loop of when batteries were in stock and got me in as soon as he could (3 weeks from acceptance)
He and his team were professional throughout the whole process and when explaining how the system worked he really went out of his way to ensure we understood.
He was great to deal with and the cheapest. The work he done looked neat too.
Would definitely recommend.
