Quality Installation and Service.
The sales/quoting process was fairly quick, with responses in a timely manner. After 3 quotes which were varied in terms of the information given and willingness to discuss our particular needs. We chose a local installer/retailer who was very helpful in terms of information, and a site visit to really research our needs and the existing system we had in place. He designed a bespoke system of additional PV panels and 18KW battery that would work with our existing installation. The installation was quick and efficient with the installer taking time to ensure a quality design with attention to detail. Communication was excellent at all stages of the process, with frequent explanations of some of the technical processes.The installer met some unexpected existing electrical issues from previous electrical work done, and the installer did some minor remedial work as well to ensure safety and quality. The installer was polite and punctual, and kept in communication with us.
