Dealing with Prime Solar Energy
The Sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained various options I could get regarding solar panels and batteries.I had to request several quotes in January and these were issued very promptly. After having discussed my situation, an option was recommended and I went ahead with the quote. I was then requested to pay a deposit which was done immediately and was promised that installation would be done by end of February. However, not having heard from the company for the entire month of February, I contacted the company and left numerous messages, but none have been returned. I then contacted the representative who initially I dealt with, and he assured me that he would have something organised in the next 2 weeks. Since then I have tried endlessly to make direct contact with 2 other representatives and have been directed to leave messages, which have all gone unanswered. I tried contacting the Head Office, and again was asked to leave a message. These have also gone unanswered.
