Very professional and good to deal with
I previously had panels and inverters installed and was looking for a battery installation. Rick at Solar Install Pros was great to deal with. He gave me a range of options to think through and was quick to answer any questions. The quote was good value, and they were able to do the installation quickly. Rick was honest, informative and easy to work with. We have had him 3 times now, once for our panels, again to replace the inverter under warranty due to an unlucky pest issue outside of his or the supplier's control, and thirdly for a battery install. Great service
Rick's quote was very competitive. I especially liked the fact that he provided a few options for both battery size and supplier.The actual installation was great. The team arrived at the agreed time and were done very quickly. They removed all the packaging and cleaned up the site very well.
I recommend them very highly.
Perfect system for me, and a very easy installation process
After a referral from a family member, I emailed Rick with a request for a quote on a SolarEdge Battery (to match my panels & inverter). Due to supply delays with SolarEdge, Rick suggested Sigenergy - and provide a list of advantages with the system. After doing my own research on Sigenergy a bit, and asking a few extra questions, Rick was quick to answer them all and was helpful throughout the decision process - I never felt rushed or like I was asking stupid questions.The contract and payment plan were clear, and the install date was fairly prompt in my opinion (I think it was only 2-3 weeks after quote).
The installation process was really smooth and done before lunch (which is what was quoted). Rick ran through how the app worked and ran through all the details about the Gateway and battery. There was one issue with the Sigenergy system not correctly registering - but that was a fault with Sigenergy that Rick was managing, and it was resolved the next day (a Saturday) and Rick sent me a message to notify me.
I can't fault the whole installation process with Solar Install Pros, and have happily recommended them to others who have asked. I also am very satisfied with the Sigenergy system and am grateful for Rick's recommendation.
