Quoting process was excellent - highly responsive with quick turnaround every time I asked for a different variation. Unlike others, they visited to check out the location & explain everything I needed to know. Installation was quick, friendly and hassle-free. Price was better than any others. Country battery installation
Installation was efficient and well done. Monitoring software placed on computer rather than mobile a bonus for me.Contacted by several people in the company on a step-by-step basis as part payment, battery purchase, site inspection and delivery occurred over time. Thanks guys

Great overall solar company
I purchased solar panels system with Sunburn Solar three years ago and I recently decided to install a battery.I requested quotes from different companies, Sunburn Solar was the best company I had conversation with, they organised everything for solar system three years ago and now again for the battery installation, I am impressed with the service Hitesh and the team provided me. He was very professional and helpful through the entire process, helping me selecting the appropriate battery to suit my needs and financial capabilities.
I would like to highly recommend Hitesh and Sunburn Solar company.

Good experience end to end
Sales process was good. Clear quote, explanation of products, reasoning and explanation of all stages. Installers were good, efficient and done in good time. Customer service has been good till date. Still awaiting connection at time of review.22 January 2022
Give them a fair go! Exemplary Efforts!
Like any business, this company has its fair share of bad employees/subcons who let them down and ruin their reputation. Being affected, I was very very angry and has vented my spleen on their staffs so many times. I was moved by the way they responded, full of humiliy, sincerity and they really tried to reach out to sort things out. My instatllation, though delayed, turned out very well! I say work with them and give them another chance! I give them 5 stars for the Exemplary efforts!Inverter rating: 5/5

Quick process from getting quote to install
Sales quote was excellent answered all questions. A very genuine and honest crowd.

Please Avoid
Avoid this company. I contracted with Sunburn Solar in late March 2026 for a 42kWh battery to be installed before the 30 April federal rebate cutoff and paid $4,000 in deposits. They failed to deliver, then went silent.Two confirmed installation dates (10 and 20 April) did not proceed. Over two days, four staff gave me six contradictory explanations: stock issues, payment issues despite my full deposit being held, retrospective compliance concerns, and concerns about a gas heater I had removed at their own direction. The salesperson missed three property visits using two car-related excuses, then ignored my calls for days.
On 26 April Sunburn confirmed in writing they would not install before the cutoff. The $4,000 was refunded only after formal demand. No compensation has been offered for the lost federal rebate (around $7,000), gas heater costs (around $1,500), or three months of broken promises.
I have lodged formal complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria, the Clean Energy Council, the Clean Energy Regulator and the ACCC.
If you are considering Sunburn before the rebate deadline, do not pay any deposit without verifying stock and location compliance in writing, and read recent reviews across multiple independent platforms first.
