Seems like a great overall experience the only reason I gave 4/5 stars for the system quality was because the manufacturers app isnt the best.
Overall the sales person who got in contact with me was very personable quick to answer everything and explain it all.The installation team came in at the time requested put it together super fast cleaned up after themselves and were great at explaining everything too. 10/10 there.
Customer service went really well in general, polite, quick, followed up, kind when I said I was getting other quotes and patient waiting for me to get back to them.

Excellent workmanship!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Shane to install a 10.56kW solar PV system, complete with a Sungrow Hybrid inverter and a 12.8kWh battery. From start to finish, Shane's professionalism, patience, and expert knowledge made the entire process a breeze. His attention to detail resulted in a clean and neat installation that exceeded my expectations. The excellent post-installation support he provided further solidified my confidence in his services. Very professional Installer
Thank you, Team Sundrop.Extremely smooth process from start to finish. Quote had all information and multiple options. Fast and clear communication. A Very helpful and friendly installation team. I wanted Solar on my shed which had no power. Sundrop boys ran underground power, installed sub-board into shed so that I can get what I want.

Very good Installer
Good and polite sales staff. Got call for Quote, Mr. Shane did site visit, Checked everything and sent quote on next day. Finished installation as planned. Customer service was good. Will see how we are going to get support in the future.05 June 2023

Easy process, flexible with requirements.
Quoting process was over the phone and simple due to the simplicity of my install. Of the three quotes they were the cheapest by a decent margin.Installation was done in a morning and besides breaking a couple of tiles (it’s an old roof and I keep half a dozen spares anyway) there was no issue at all.
My only gripe would be the lack of communication for about a week after signing the contract and having to call to lock in an installation date.
All-in-all I’m very happy with the process.
