Two visits from the rep, who was up front explaining all we asked. We felt sure in our decision.
Backed up by the technical crew with a professional install, neat and straight work with good instructions on operation of the unit and what to look for when the imp/exp meter was installed.
The other suppliers just sent proforma email quotes and that was only after you were informed that they had not responded after two weeks. |
