Great Product and Service
I recently chose a solar energy battery system, and my experience has been excellent. I already had solar panels prior to the battery installation.I got several quotes representing different battery makes. I chose Brightnest because of response, advice, Anker batteries and a competitive quote.
The batteries are very slim and fit perfectly in my garage, making the most of the available space. The sales and installation team seamlessly integrated the system and provided solid advice on which inverters to use, ensuring everything worked smoothly.
The installer was punctual and left the workspace clean, which I truly appreciated.
Recently even after encountering some minor issues—none related to the installation—the team was responsive and incredibly helpful and quick to rectify the issue.
Overall, I highly recommend Shay and this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free solar battery experience!

High quality install with competitive pricing
We recently had a 20 kW Anker battery installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We chose this system largely for its slim profile, which allows us to comfortably fit our cars in the garage without compromising on capacity.The pricing was very competitive, and the installation was carried out professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout, with prompt responses to any questions we had. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend this installer to others.

Absolute professional. Analytical in approch and delivered a perfect outcome
Installing a solar system is highly technical. There are a lot of used car salesmen out there selling systems and most installers don't survive very long.The system in our house was installed by a previous owner.
It had never worked to its full potential. The first installer went broke and another group took over and reinstalled it but it was always a nightmare. Components from different companies didn't talk to each other and we weren't having success.
We spend a lot of money in support trying to rectify it and support from the equipment providers even though supposedly the leaders in the field was poor.
I determined to replace the system in total and after detailed reseach approached a number of companies for quotes.
The risk was that we would relive the same nightmare without next installation.
Shay from Brightnest Energy stood out immediately even at the quote level.
I discussed a problems with the existing system and explained exactly what I wanted.
Who was annalic in his approach, was able to explain all of the elements and provided a quote which I reviewed. After some discussion I had confidence that he understood what I was trying to achieve and had the knowledge and integrity to deliver it. iand we doubled down and went further.
In the end we built a substantial generating capacitpy/ panels teamed with a substantial battery capacity with two inverters and a gateway facility for blckout protection and dark starts and also added a smart car charging facility.
The team who carried out the work we're professional and extremely well equipped.
They took away all the rubbish and left us with no problems to sort out.
The new system is totally transparent and delivers what it promised from day 1.
There is a learning curve with any new system and support from Shay at Brightnest has been ongoing and absolutely superlative.
I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Brightnest very highly.
