Fantastic installer and professional services.
The sales and quoting process was excellent from the beginning. The team was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our requirements. They explained the available options clearly and answered all of our questions without any pressure.The installation went very smoothly. The installers were punctual, polite and professional. They completed the work efficiently and kept the area clean and tidy throughout the installation. The overall workmanship was of a very high standard.
The customer service has been excellent. The team was responsive and helpful throughout the process, including assisting with the necessary arrangements after the installation. They were always available to answer questions and provide guidance when required.
I’m very happy with the overall experience with Countryside Solar. From the initial consultation and quoting through to installation and follow-up support, the process was professional and well managed. I would be happy to recommend Countryside Solar to anyone considering a solar installation.

Best Company in Western Downs
They were very easy to deal with and came out to the property to work out our off grid requirements. Literally the best of the best. We have had quotes from other 2 Toowoomba companies but they didn’t explain as good as Nick so highly recommend Nick and Countryside SolarNo more noisy Generator noise haha feels so calm

Amazing Company to deal with
Nick was amazing from get go and explained everything.Install team were great and helpful.
They set the app for us and explained us how it works.

Stand Alone Solar for Shed
We had Nick and the team install stand Alone Solar to our rural shed at Ballandean. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. The installers arrived on time and installed in the day. Full explanation of the operation and testing the system before they left. Any after-service queries have been handled wonderfully by Nick. We are thinking of increasing our battery storage and will not hesitate to use Nick again. I would highly recommend Nick and Countryside Solar if you are thinking of Solar.Inverter rating: 5/5

Happy at the end of the day.
After a 2 month delay and finding it very difficult and frustrating in getting installation updates I’m happy with the final result.During the sign on process the salesman was happy to call me two or three times a day even on weekends. Once I signed in he was in contactable.
Found it very difficult to extract a start date from them.
Finally got hold of the boss, Nick and he gave me a firm date.
Tbh just a simple bit of feedback during the process would have allayed my concerns and I would have been happy enough to accept any delays.
Once Nick called I was ok with his update and he even gave me a further discount as a sweetener.
The hardware installed matched the quote, including the free installation of a smart relay.
The installation itself was pretty good and very quickly installed, half a day! Although my house doesn’t have a crying space and rather than lift sheets to run conduit through to the board they’ve run it on the roof surface. Not a big fan of that.
The system is a 13.2 kw using Trina solar vertex panels and a 3 phase 10kw Sungrow inverter.
All working good and producing plenty of juice.
My only advice to Countryside would be to lift your customer feedback, everything else runs pretty well.

Good company to work with
Nick was very helpful and courteous. He kept in contact about the installation, etc. Installation went without a hitch and the workers were professional and did the job quickly and well. The work areas were kept tidy.
