EV Charger Installation done well :)
How was the sales/quoting process? - Very easy and Ethan from Elecsol was very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge shoutout to him.How did the installation go? Polite? Tidy? Punctual? - All three
How was the customer service? e.g. did they help organise the grid connection after the install, or show you how to use the charger? - Yes, Wilson from Elecsol walked me through the app in detail and also showed how to time my charging to use excess solar energy being fed back to the grid.
