Quality Installer with a smile.
The sales and quoting process was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, the system design was well thought out, and the quote was clear and transparent. All questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process easy and reassuring.The installation went extremely well. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional throughout, and worked efficiently while keeping the site tidy. They took care to explain what they were doing and left the property clean and well organised once the job was completed.
Customer service was outstanding. The team clearly explained how the battery system and gateway operate and how they provide backup power during outages. Knowing the system will keep the power on during blackouts has given us great peace of mind. Overall, the support and communication before, during, and after the installation were excellent.
