Stay AWAY, there is a reason the are not NETCC and CEC approved solar retailer.
Fortune Solar proved to be an unprofessional and unreliable company. They rescheduled my solar installation three times, causing me to take time off work and lose money. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel the order and requested a deposit refund, they not only refused but also threatened legal action. Lol.A regrettable experience with a company that lacks integrity and customer care. Stay away from Fortune Solar.

Worst solar installer
This is the most unprofessional company. Incomplete installation and damaged existing equipment. They threaten customers and did not complete connection even after 1 month of claiming complete. Please stay away from them. I will be posting this everywhere so other can avoid going through a worst experience.21 July 2023
Best Value for money
Solar Fortune provided the best quote, their customer service is fantastic, and installation quality is very good. I've got 7.8kw system with Jinko 445 panels and 6kw Solis inverter (3-phase) .Inverter rating: 5/5

Well executed Install, very good value for money.
Fortune solar provided a smooth solar experience. They explained well the system, using easy to understand language and little techno jargon (did not try to baffle us with BS). Answered any questions well. Provided an initial quote immediately over the phone (at a very substantial saving from the 4 other companies we had quote). Provided a clear written quote the next day with all terms and conditions.Installation schedule was timely, and in fact was brought forward to an earlier date.
Installation was carried out well, neat, and in the timeframe noted. After Install energy company contact and grid connection has been on time and well communicated (to date still awaiting grid connection but it is scheduled)
Pro's:
Great value for money, offers a good mix of premium and standard equipment (we had Fronius inv and std panels installed), short lead time for Install.
Cons: (for us at least) Subcontractor Installers used - not employees. Installers not really able to help on the "software/app" set up (had to rely on YouTube videos). All communication via phone - no actual onsite visit prior to install.
For us the Pro's outweighed the cons as we had a 10kW system installed for $4k less than other companies quoted on a 6.6kW with inferior system components.

Terrible to deal with and poor advice
I don't recommend anyone getting solar done by them; please don't fall for the lower price. Extremely poor customer service and cut corners with the solar installation. The quote process missed a very important component of installation and requirements such as a hybrid inverter and 3-phase Smart Energy (consumption) meter.The installer was rude and did not properly install and configure the system. Furthermore, the installer broke the tile, replaced it with the dirty one, and did not bother wiping it.
The 13.32KW system is outputting at peak times 5kw of power. A system should output around 10 kW of power during peak times with good weather conditions.
