Don't have to be the Biggest to be the Best!
From the first contact and Fary coming to site to see what we wanted and the required solar panel upgrades needed and best location of the Solar Battery and size as well as advising of the electrical meter box upgrades required as well as hws timer switch inclusion everything was explained and fully included and itemised in the proposal for our consideration and discussion before signing and going ahead with the job.Panel rating: 5/5

Honest Advice
I requested quotes from 3 companies. Our electricity usage is low and installation was not straight forward, Gary was the only electrician willing to inspect our house and discuss options in person. Gary provided an honest assessment and provided a solution that met our requirements.I was really pleased with the quality of the installation, it looks like it was part of the original house construction.

Love watching the power go into the Grid
Gary from Freedom Electrical was great. So informative, answered every question in an easy to understand way. Installation was efficient, careful and tidy. Communication couldn't be better. We're older generation and were so impressed with Gary's patience when setting up and guiding us through the phone app. Would recommend to anyone. Great experience and service
Gary was a dream to deal with - from organising the site visit for a quote right through to installation. He took the time to answer my many questions and look at the best options for our circumstances. The installation process was fast and the site left clean and tidy afterwards. He ensured everything was working and showed me the system and app. The only issue we had was related to our energy provider and outside of Freedom Electrical’s control. I have already recommended Gary to a friend who had a positive experience like me!
Gary was very informative about the system available and what I was looking for from a solar installation
The quote was emailed two days after the site meeting and measure, the weather was not on my side and had two install dates rescheduled all when well after thatthe install was completed in one day with the inverter fully working and as per the quote I also had the hot water disconnected from the grid and put on a solar timer
I am very pleased with the way that Gary explained the way the Wi-Fi worked and how I can login to see the solar input and the tariff benefit I will receive
