Excellent Experience
From the start, Matt was great to deal with. Very responsive and willing to answer all our questions. Matt listened to our input, and the design of the system took into account all our requirements and preferences. Danny and the installation team did a great job to install the system. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job and the handover worked well. Our post-installation questions were answered promptly. Matt and Danny provided us with hints to maximise the return from our system, and we are very happy with the outcome.Panel rating: 5/5

Smooth and easy installation
From the moment Matt from Neo Energy reached out to me, the entire process to install my battery to connect to my existing solar array went smoothly. My situation was a bit tricky so he visited on site to confirm the details for my quote. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very responsive with all my questions (including after the installation and grid connection, etc was finalised). Installation went well too. The owner Danny was on site to manage the installation on the day. The entire process ran like clockwork. The installers were knowledgeable and helpful. At the end of the day, the site was left clean and tidy. I've been running the system for a week now, finally getting the most out of all the sunshine I've been collecting and selling back to the grid for peanuts.
