Sigenergy 24 kw battery installation
The guys were thorough, pleasant to deal with and super effieinct with the installk. it was integrated with an already existing PV setup. Couldn't be happier.05 May 2026

Comprehensive onsite inspection and detailed quote. Happy to answer questions.Less deposit 25 % than other companies which wanted 50% without even coming to the property first
Arrived on time. Installation carefully done on the roof.
Grid connection taken care of quickly.
Instruction on inverter and wifi.
I’m very happy and system even with afternoon shading has reduced power bill by 80 percent!
Won’t achieve this over winter but chugging along well in summer.

Great installation
Very responsive turning around request for quotes. Was able to accommodate my schedule for installation. The Sandford team descended on my property en masse on installation day and everything was completed by COB. Polite, tidy and punctual. Grid connection and tariff switch went smoothly.

Superb! Highly recommended
Artisan solar at value for money prices.Sales and quoting process was the best of the bunch, and I was fairly price sensitive so I was a bit worried that they'd be too expensive.... but no, they were right in the mix with other quotes for the same system (I was very specific about what I wanted, so all quotes were for the same gear).
Good comms, punctual, explained everything, available later for questions/help... and love what they do.
I had the gutters cleaned a couple of weeks later, and the gutter guy asked "who did your solar?" .... it's the neatest I've ever seen.

No hassle installation and set-up
After an initial delay in the install date the team at Sandford completed the installation very efficiently, were considerate and polite. Sandford did all the set-up with my energy supplier, all I had to do was download the App. I felt I received excellent advise on the size of the system, and with making sure I can upgrade with a battery and EV point in the future. I was kept well informed throughout the process from initial quote through to install and after install follow-up. I would recommend Sandford for your solar needs.
