Good quality installer
Good straight forward installer. Their team worked all day to install solar panels battery and backup system. Cleaned up after themselves. Very pleasant to deal with. System has worked well with-out an issue for 4 months now.Appreciated the lack of a hard-sell approach. Actually listened to what I wanted. Also the $7k saving (quoted from one installer).

Fantastic Installer.
This company were great to deal with. Came to my house to do quote so that we both knew exactly what was required. The installation was done within weeks of my approval of the quote. The installers were extremely professional, curteous and punctual.My system included solar panels and sigenergy battery and was up and running by the end of the instal day.
I recommend Solana Energy for your solar needs.

Solana solar energy review
The company replied promptly to m6 request a we met several days later to discuss what I required. The quotes were then received and compared. I had several questions regarding the quote and these were answered by return email a a follow up phone call. After considering all the information in the quote and these installation time we chose Solana.There team was there when they said and the installation went smoothly. After the install was complete they showed me the app and explained how it worked. The workers were courteous and considerate they replaced broken tiles and cleaned up after each days work. The final paperwork and invoice is on its way.
Very pleased with our choice and would recommend Solana to others.

Solar Decision made easy
We wanted to go with a locally owned Company from our area and from the initial contact with Ben to the final install and instructions on the app nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. The install team went about their job in a professional, courteous manner, which showed we had made the right decision. From quote to install around 10 days and arrived on time as expected. Would not hesitate to recommend Solana Energy Specialists to anyone who wants to deal with a very competent, experienced Company with a good quality product.Panel rating: 5/5

Solana met my expectations
The entire process with Solana was remarkably straightforward and reassuring. Immediately after submitting my initial inquiry, a representative (Ben) made contact to book a thorough in-home consultation. We spent quality time discussing my past energy usage and clearly outlining my goals for solar power. It was comforting to know that Solana was focused on quoting a configuration that would genuinely suit my specific needs, not just a standard package.The coordination was flawless; communication between the office team and the tradespeople was great. On the day of the installation, everything went well and proceeded smoothly. Furthermore, I have been happy with the administrative support post-installation and the prompt assistance I received when following up with a couple of questions. Solana delivered exactly as promised.

Solar System
Right from the quotation stage we were impressed with the service. They were the only Company that came on site prior to submitting a quote.Although the price was higher than others the service offered, the warranty period and dealing with their own people not contractors sealed the deal for us.
The installation was done in two lots, owing to bad weather. The crew were great, on time, polite, completed the job on time and cleaned up.
The grid connection was done and we were shown how to download the app.
Would recommend this Company.
Good installation but poor follow-up.
Good quoting & supply of information by Andrew Wagner. Good installation by the team on the same day. Poor follow-up.I have a problem with the circuit where the battery was installed in that it shorts intermittently. The office doesn't return phone calls & follow-up is non existent apart from Ryan, the Electrician, who gave me his number. He spent time checking out the system & making alteration to the circuits, but the problem still exists. He said that Solana would be in contact but no-one has contacted me in the last 2 days. There are 2 fridges on this circuit plus the garage door & modem so it would be a real nuisance if the circuit trips & the fridges defrost.
