Wonderful experience from beginning to end
Initial contact and quoting was easy and self explanatory.The installation team were punctual, polite and eager to help.
The customer service was excellent, we had and existing solar system that was removed and securely stored by the installation team at no extra cost.
When the installation was complete we were shown how to install the required apps along with usernames and passwords, we shown how the complete system comes together and were given a pointers as to what to be aware of.
Overall I do recommend Stored Power Pty Ltd to look after you from initial contact to completion of installation and after sales service. I think the after sales service has been first class.
We live on Russell Island, there was no Island price issue, what we were quoted is what we paid, no extra for transport, this was all inclusive.

Quality installation made easy
An easy experience from start to finish. The quoting was fast and easy, Jono came out personally and talked us through the installation which was very helpful. We were given clear timelines on installation, which were adhered to. The installation crews turned up on time, they were polite and tidy and the installation went off without a hitch. We haven't used a singe kW of mains power since.

Outstanding Solar & Battery Installation – Highly Recommended
I recently had a solar and battery system installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish.Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They kept me informed at every stage, arrived exactly on time, and completed the installation according to the schedule they had communicated without any delays.
The workmanship was of a high standard, and the installation was completed efficiently and neatly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise.
I highly recommend this team to anyone considering a solar and battery installation. Their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Amazing service from start to finish! Couldn't be happier
Found this company after many hours of research into solar and battery systems and receiving at least 3 other quotes before we decided to go with Stored Power, from initial contact Jono and the team were very courteous and friendly and happy to provide answers to any questions I had. They weren't pushy and didn't overpromise or oversell the system at all but gave informed answers. After discussing with Jono my energy usage and household requirements, he was able to provide great advice and updated the quote within the hour. Jono emailed me prior to my installation date to confirm and they showed up exactly on time as they said they would, the install process was smooth and professionally done, cleaned up the site and helped me set up the monitoring app. I was stoked with the service provided that I referred my brother-in-law who also purchased a similar system from them. Couldn't be happier with the install, I would highly recommend them to anyone as they did an exceptional job from start to finish. Cheers fellas!14 July 2026
Happy with our solar set up!
We had a solar upgrade and home battery installed in March. Jack and the team at Stored Power were great, worked in with our timeframes, communicated well throughout the process and managed the install with no hassle at all.We have been very happy with the result and have not had to pay anything on our power bills since. Having the battery and additional solar has meant we feel at ease using appliances that we previously avoided such as keeping the spa ready to go, turning the air-con on and using the dryer as needed.
We are happy overall and would recommend the team at Stored Power if you are considering an install.

Great installer. Very professional team.
Very easy to deal with thru the quoting process. Made suggestions for various brands, without forcing their opinion.Turned up on time at the first install date. The install team were very friendly explained the process.
Upon completion, the site was spotless.
Everything was organized, we just instantly started enjoying the savings.
We already had a very old small solar system which they removed and disposed of for us.

Excellent service!
Jono was very good at answering all my questions about our options and provided a well priced quote for a quality system. The install team were great, very friendly and let me know how things work with the app. They left everything tidy. Amazing huge Sigenergy system
The negotiations on our system were very professional with a range of options for us to chose from.The installation date was locked in at our convenience within 3 weeks, which suited our situation. The crew arrived promptly at 07:00 as promised and worked through the installation, consulting with us as they went. They kept the place clean and safe during the process and removed all the packaging and waste from the job. The system was running and exporting before they left. Amazing job

Excellent service and a quality solar & battery installation
I’m very happy with my experience with Stored Power from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, professional and well organised.Communication throughout the quoting and installation process was excellent. They took the time to explain the system, answer my questions and make sure the setup suited what I wanted from my home solar and battery system.
The installation team did a great job. The work was neat and professional, and they took the time to explain how everything worked once the installation was completed.
I had a FoxESS battery and inverter system installed along with additional solar panels, and so far I’m very happy with the system and its performance.
Customer service has also been excellent. Any questions I’ve had have been dealt with quickly and professionally, which gives me confidence that the support will be there if I ever need it.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Stored Power and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a solar and battery system.
