Initially the safety switch kept tripping. Company electrician installed a replacement. This did not solve the problem and further repairs were undertaken.

Out of the supplier's hands to an extent, but little told about the delay in getting the feed-in tariff set up and operating, as well as the additional charge that comes from the retailer on setting up the meter for the feed-in. Both my supplier quote visits were a little lacking on these points. Apart from that, very happy with the installation. I would recommend Sunscape Electrical. Your blurb on solar installations, and things to look out for, were very useful, particularly on panel and inverter selection. It brought me up to speed very quickly and certainly helped when talking with the suppliers at quote time as I knew at least half of what was going on. Choosing from your list of suppliers certainly eased my concerns and both of them didn't try to diddle me into something I shouldn't be paying for, and only listed quality known panel and inverter options, as per your blurb.

I was happy with the provider I found through solarquotes, I would recommend this site to anyone trying to find a reputable provider to install your solar system.

One ran a near second. They seemed to have a broader understanding of new developments and more training for their staff. If we had purchased batteries at this time we might have gone with them.
Sunscape was very responsive and based on pricing won out. There was some discussion about the lack of up to date assessments on panels-GCL vs Trina but we went with Trina based on advice from your site. Show additional information

These guys were great from start to finish. I got recommended Sunscape through a friend and was so impressed by the friendly service and the patience and professionalism with ALL my annoying questions I didn't even bother getting quotes elsewhere.
Daniel was very informative and helpful throughout the quotation process and Sam (with his team) made the installation process worry free and left my place clean and tidy. They offered ongoing support if I had any issues and I would happily recommend Sunscape to anyone. Show additional information

Daniel is a very professional sales person. He found out what we wanted and advised us and quoted accordingly.
The installation team were terrific. They went through our wish list regarding the visual impact on our property (location on roof of panels, location of the inverter, and route for the wiring from the panels to the inverter. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of our property.
The administration team touched base with us prior to the installation which occurred within the agreed timelines and submitted the paperwork to the power company.
The system has been running very efficiently for about one month.

After a long haul we finally made a decision the only thing that bothered me were the cold calls from solar companies at the same time I think I was so over the word solar by the end hahah ..We had to await my sisters answer to the 3 quotes we sent her but she agreed with us on Daniel in the end

What i liked at the start, there was no pressure from the initial contact to when Darren came out to quote. Explained everything to me , not that i understood it all , but it was all genuine, no bulltish or outlandish claims , like i had from others in the past with hard sell.
As they didn't have the panels in stock , they supplied higher quality panels at no extra cost.
Installation day, the young installers were excellent, well presented, well mannered , polite , it was a pleasure having them working at my house.

Although I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service from Sunscape, it has to be said that it actually came down to a choice of one. The other Solar supplier, East Gippsland Solar made an appointment to visit then didn't turn up! The final supplier you sent our details to didn't even make contact.

Sunscape electrical was the only company out off the three quotes that not only sent a email on their line of solar power systems they rang to make a time to send out a consultant Daniel was very helpful in explaining what we should be looking for in solar power panels when we made our decision Daniel kept in contact by phone and email and said at anytime contact him to discuss anything ,Melanie from administration was great handled all the paperwork that had to be sent to our electrical company I would recommend Sunscape electrical to all my family and friends great company very happy 10 out of 10 for this company.

I would recomend these guys to family and friends,the installer Sam Leighton was very knowledgable thorough and efficent setting up the system and the back office support was also very good.Sam took the time to explain the setting up of the wifi and explained everything in a understandable manner.He came when he said he would which makes a nice change.

The Sunscape people that we dealt with were punctual, friendly and explained our options to our satisfaction. The installation was done in a timely manner, all rubbish from installation was removed and the ongoing procedures were explained. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend.

Installer was right - Ausnet will not go over 4.5 kW of solar panels - per their website - without applying for an exemption. As it turns out I will be struggling to squeeze this much on my roof space and I believe it will be enough for our needs.

These guys are extremely thorough and obliging. I actually opted for a 3.54 kW system with 12 Trina panels and a Fronius 4kW inverter. The installers, Sam & Damien turned up on time and nothing phased them. (excuse the pun). Melanie in the office attended to the paperwork so quickly that I was taken aback, even when Origin and Ausnet had me on the meter within 7 days of installation! Shopping locally is very important to me and Sunscape did not let me down. A small business, very well run. 5 stars! Finn Peacock's site was a fabulous start for me and a mine of information. Daniel the Sunscape salesperson is excellent with no end of trouble to answer my many queries.

The team at Sunscape are fantastic, Daniel answered all of my questions, and Sam the owner and installer was excellent, on time with all the right equipment. I had a 4.59kw solar system installed by Sunscape Electrical in December 2016. I obtained three quotes for solar and Sunscape provided a competitive price and good assistance when I was considering my options including advice on batteries and size of array. The installation was scheduled conveniently and installation performed as planned with no problems. The solar panels and inverter worked immediately and so far we have had no problems. Meter activation was not as quick as hoped due to a slow response from my energy provider but throughout Sunscape provided assistance and chased up the provider. Overall, I believe Sunscape did a good installation and offer very good customer service.

Due to shading issues I was advised to install a micro inverter system. I am extremely pleased with the production output to date, although I realise that this will reduce in the winter months. Sunscape Electrical's consultant was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was very helpful with some follow up questions that I had after the installation. The installers were professional and completed the job in under a day and left the site neat and tidy, taking away all the packaging. Sunscape Electrical organised the changeover with my electricity retailer so all I had to do was fill out a single form to organise the contract. I have already recommended Sunscape Electrical to others. In my opinion, they are a professional and trustworthy company.

I was a very inquisitive client, and Sunscape were happy to follow up all my enquiries, even adjusting the size of the system to allow for the addition of wind power down the track. Through them, I investigated string systems and micro inverters, wi-fi data logging, and siting. They were very helpful in all areas. Within 2 days of my order confirmation, the system is installed (just waiting on the data logger), has been ticked off by an independent electrical inspector. He was all praise for the installer and the inverter I chose, a great positive. Today, first full day, it has produced 3 times my average daily usage.
