Solax Battery and Longi panels - great system
Quote was realistic and not pushy sales talk. Great product with many options which suited our needs. The company installed the system and promises 24hr support. They organised the grid connection and provided a full overview.Panel rating: 5/5

Awesome Solar system
I was very impressed with the quick turn around from my first informative discussion to installation. They do an excellent payment plan as well! The management and Installers who also were very informative as well and very respectful! After sales service was second to none! I have no hesitation in recommending this Company for your Solar needs.

Talk Energy follows through with fantastic service and product
The Talk Energy team excelled from my first interaction right up through to following up after install. A local company who delivers and stand behind their commitments.From the initial call to Talk Energy reception, the BD home visit the next day, installation supervisor pre-install inspection, back-office staff commercial requirements and install date confirmations, great installation team effort, all this plus Director oversight and technical query assistance. Work progressed as planned with clear timelines for the quote, pre-install inspection and installation.
All the office staff were friendly and efficient. Patrick the Business Development Manager was polite, knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating. Dom and the installation team were on time, professional, safe, informative, clean and careful. Faran the Director was very accommodating and answered all my technical queries.
My three-month solar journey had been very stressful. I obtained numerous quotes from different suppliers and had signed with 4 other solar providers but end up cancelling those contracts due to either poor service, lateness or price increases from their original quotes provided. The industry appeared to be swamped with cowboys or those unable to keep their commitments. But thankfully Talk Energy were able to walk the talk and deliver. 5 Stars!

The process was seamless from start to finish. The installers were efficient, polite and professional. The company organised all paperwork and grid connections.Inverter rating: 4/5

A rep came to the house and discussed options. This was competitively priced. Installation was on time and the process managed well by the team. The installers were employed by the solar company so no third party worry. I have a tiled roof with near 100 year old tiles; they replaced any that they broke. All interaction with electricity supplier was handled by Talk. All software and apps were installed under their instructions and were running before they left site. A few questions I have about the app have been followed up and answered by them.Exceptional service.
