Fantastic installer with top notch after sales service!!!
It's been a breeze working with Grace and her team. Everything is very smooth from the start till the installation date. Moreover, one of my inverters was unfortunately at fault and required replacement right before the Xmas eve, Grace managed to squeeze my replacement in just before the year end after such a short notice at the start of the holiday season. I can't appreciate it higher. Highly recommended!!!Neovolt inverters: 10kW

Excellent battery installation and great service
Recently installed a home battery system and couldn’t be happier with the experience.The installation team was professional, punctual, and very tidy. Everything was clearly explained during the install and the system was commissioned smoothly with no issues.
The battery has been running well so far and the setup looks neat and well thought out. Customer service was responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish.
Overall a great experience and I would happily recommend them to anyone considering a home battery system.

Broken glasses all over my yard, rescheduled 5 times, battery not stack up taking too much space.
I paid them to remove existing hot water solar on roof, that electrician broke all glass tubes on roof, dumped to my yard, broken glass pieces all over my yard. they do not care at all, just left those broken glasses there, did not say a thing, just left.Rescheduled 5 times, took 8 days to finish.
I asked sales about floor area of battery, no response, I even sent them photos of that battery area, sales said ok. Then installer came, asked me first question is how come I got that hot water solar down??!! Then he told me space is NOT enough, remove this, remove that..
Broken glass blown down to my drive way, safety threat to car tyre and personal safety.
They threaten to remove panel and battery when I ask for compensation for damage of my property!
WOW, no apology from installer, and now sales are saying they will report me to police for my msgs - for harrassment??!!

Cheap and cheerful
Grace from Tenet was very responsive and answered all my questions. Install was lengthy and took about 8 hours. There was actually some minor rubbish/wiring left that wasn't cleaned up. But otherwise all fine and system working well. Thanks Grace and Tenet Tech.Battery rating: 5/5

Great service, response time, and price!
I had a 50kWh Neovolt battery installed, with a second inverter. My setup was a little different (2-phase feed in, remote solar inverters) but the team managed to get the battery in the place I wanted it and all hooked up, including testing the backup circuits.I highly recommend Grace and the team at Tenet Tech - even the post-installation support has been wonderful.

Attention to details, Fast worker
They installed my 16kw Solar Panels and 50kwh Battery system with perfection.The team spent extra effort and time to ensure battery packs are aligned and leveled, the conduits are beautifully designed and secured.
