Honest, helpful installer
Liam was the only installer who said he needed to see my system first before he could give me a quote on a battery installation. When he came he explained exactly what I should get and why, and in a way I could understand. He wasn’t affiliated with any brand of battery so he could recommend the best battery for my system. He also found some dodgy workmanship from the company that installed my solar system and rectified it. After the installation, he kept in touch and answered all my questions very politely.Inverter rating: 5/5

Positve company supportive all through the process
Ash and Liam were great through the process of going solar.The quote process was easy, and they were happy to listen to all my questions and modify the proposal to eet the needs I had. They were even able to assist with the installation of the a Heat pump hot water system.
The only hitch was a delay in the installation process based on the huge uptick in demand following the battery rebbates from the federal government. The process of managing the apploication for allthe governement support was great and the pricing was very clear. there were no late changes or additions.
The customer service during the process was excellent. Questions were answered honestly, if anything they under promised and over delivered in all the areas they they had control over

Great customer service and great price.
I had a 48kwh Goodwe ESA battery, 10Kw inverter along with some additional solar panels installed by Ashley and the crew in December. The price for the whole set up was excellent and the customer service has been second to none. The entire process from start to finish was stress free, with quick and clear explanations if I had any questions.The installation went without a hitch and the whole crew were very professional and thorough. They ran me through the battery system, isolation, and blackout backup very thoroughly, and even showed me how to use the app to monitor usage and charge.
I am very happy with the installation and would recommend Xtechs to anyone looking for a quality product and install.
