Having been in the industry so long watching companies come and go with the same directors as soon as warranty issues arise, Alectric is one of the few solar companies still operating and not misleading by operating under different ABNs and claiming they are a part of a well-known company so they can shut down as soon as issues arise.

Efficient, reliable and great service
Alan from Alectrc responded in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable in solar installation.Alectric installed my solar stystem a week later. They arrived right on time and worked hard to install the system before the rain set in.
They worked well as a team and were very friendly.
Their customer service was outstanding and organized the grid connection and meter change with my power supplier.
The system is working very well considering the current weather and season. They were that good I recommended Alectric to my brother who is currently using them to install a large system.
8 months later we asked Paul: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system is working very well to date. We just received bill from our energy supplier that was in credit. Well worth the investment.18 June 2020
Professional, and great installation and follow up service
With a minimum of fuss quote tailored to request was obtained. Installation happened as scheduled. Installation was although complicated undertaken with the minimum of fuss and very tidy. After sales service/monitoring identified a minor fault almost immediately and this was very quickly rectified. A very happy customer and no hesitation in recommending.13 May 2020

Alan responded to our enquiry straight away and was prompt in quoting us and providing us with a competitive price. He was neat, punctual and professional during the installation and consulted us during the process to ensure that we got the most out of our system.Customer service couldn’t have been better and he helped us through the entire process from start to finish.

Fantastic installation company. Great customer service
Sales process was easy and Alan never pressured us into the sale, gave us many options to suit our budget.Installers were on time and polite, didnt enter our house due to the virus and kept their distance from us which was great in this environment.
They followed up after install to make sure we were happy with the installation and service which we were. Then sent us this link which we were more than happy to fill out.

Extremely reliable system and great installer service
Alan was happy to answer questions multiple times and revise his quote when we decided to change what we wanted. No sales pitch or pushiness, just real info. Alan knows all the regulations and only deals with quality components which means reliability. The installation was very friendly and helpful and all done neatly including some extra changes required to the switchboard to meet new regulations. We already have a solar system Alan put in 9 years ago and it hasn’t missed a beat so after talking to a number of other companies, we decided to go with Alan again as he was able to answer all our questions regarding the setup and use of battery and provides only reliable components.
