Original Review on 27-02-2020:
Very efficient; arrived on time as promised; only damaged 2 tiles; Gave adequate explanation on how system worked. Followed up with rebates and feed-in. Very helpful.
Provided all the information necessary to make an informed decision and answered any queries I had about the installation.They only damaged two tiles, which they replaced and left the house and yard clean as they found it.
Could not fault their assistance in chasing up the rebates and grid connection
14 months later we asked Peter: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Not Quite. Although our power bills have been reduced considerably, for the 6 months from Oct 2020 to Mar 2021, the system is generating on average about 7kWh less per day than what we were expecting (Producing 22kWh per day but were expecting 29kWh on average). Given its been a mild summer, I still would have anticipated something a little better than the 25% reduction we actually generated05 June 2020

They have not installed yet.
The sales /quoting precess was fine 4 stars.Installation was sheduled for Sat 29th Feb but they failed to show or notify me.
I called them and resheduled for Wed 18th March

Highly recommend
Azah’s from AVM Electrical came home to inspected the property before discussing the quote. His quote was much lower than the other installer.On the day of the installation, everything went smoothly and Azah did a very clean and neat job.
I have called Azah a few times since installation and each time he has been helpful and very easy to deal with.

Easy process
A couple of small errors in the initial quote, however the lady quoting advised me at the start that it was her first time quoting on her own and was very apologetic when I pointed out an error in additions (she stated she would ensure she used a calculator in future).Installation went well, a little longer than they initially anticipated (I did notice that while connecting to the switchboard that the installer was explaining the process to his apprentices(?) which slowed him down as he was answering questions), good communication throughout and they cleaned up well.
Currently they are organising the grid connection.

AVM were very helpful and supportive all throughout the process and made my life so much easier.They're very professional and friendly and installed my solar with no hassle and no problems.
10/10 would recommend!
