Port Augusta Install
Even though they were the only company in my region that SolarQuotes recommends, I had no issues with their pricing, the quality of the system and install or their service. Due to my house design I was unable to get a solar controller without major electrical works but they talked me through that and gave me the option to decide. Highly recommend them and the SolarQuotes process.Inverter rating: 5/5

Jamie from CTI Solar was helpful from the start. Great communication and was pleasantly surprised from the initial phone call to assisting me choose the system and explained the best system to suit my needs, From the signing of the contract to the installation it was handled in a speedy and professional manner. Great service!
I'm very happy having gone with CTI for a solar system on my home. The quote and information provided were easy to understand and communication throughout the whole process - from quote to installation and grid connection - was excellent.CTI's staff are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. On the installation day, the men were on time and the area was tidied up after. They also explained what they were going to do that day (placing of the panels), and what would happen later (e.g. the upgrade of my meter box etc).
CTI came highly recommended, and I can do the same.

CTI Solar Whyalla
CTI offered the same solar panels and inverter as your recommended installers, but was fortunate enough to get a cheaper price if I was able to have installed ain a specific time frame saving $1500 0n cost of supplier and installation.Installer very knowledgeable, explaining what could be expected from the system installed and explaining installation process in terms I could understand.
Very happy, just awaiting solar plan set up by energy supplier.

Great local installer
Installation went ahead with no problems utlizing the equipment Finn recommended. Living in rural area decided to go with local installer just in case we had any problems during installation and afterwards. We had solar installed on our previius house. The first two companies were out of town and went into liquidation. Third installer brought wrong equipment and fourth didn't fit it correctly. This time no hitches. Thanks Finn for your help and recommendations on which equipment to utilize.09 December 2021
40kw Installation
Jeremy and the team were great to work with. Jeremy understood our needs from the outset and quoted the systems to best maximise our savings.The team were efficient and clean with their work, Jeremy communicated throughout the process and helped guide us through the required paperwork. He was also extremely helpful in our dealings with respective agencies involved in the process.
As we were building a new building and renovating another, the team worked really well with the building contractors and were able to work in with their program.
I would recommend CTI for the installation of any system.

Fantastic and honest service.
Sales quote was fast and efficient and advice was honest about what was required for current and future needs.Installation was of a high standard with the clean up of area was completed in a clean and timely manner.
Could not fault the customer service it was polite and with good communication throughout the whole process from installation until connection
Would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in connecting solar power to their house or business.

We are over the moon with our system from CTI Solar!
Our experience getting a solar system installed by CTI has been fantastic!They were very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and were quick to have it installed.
Jeremy explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and everything eventuated just the way he said it would.
The staff were polite and careful not to tread on my garden (unlike previous contractors).
The price was great and after having it for a year, I have already saved over $3000 on my Energy Bill.
I highly recommend you contract CTI Solar to install your solar system if you live in or around the Whyalla area!

Fantastic installers with attention to detail, top level customer service and only use top quality components.
Easy, provided a competitive quote compared to other solar installers.8 months later we asked Simon: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes, I have just received my third quarterly bill which has me $358 in credit. The system installed has done everything I was told it would. Very happy with CTI solar, the system they installed & the fact what CTI solar told me the system would provide is 100% correct!Solar quotes was a fantastic place to start a solar info journey.

Your web site gave us the ability to ask some technical questions regarding solar installations since we didn't know a great deal about it. The questions, the installer was able to answer all our questions and provide technical information to back up his recommendations.

6kw Fronius Primo 5.0-1 dual input inverter with Infinity new energy 250w solar panelsinstructions on internet I found difficult to download / use.
9 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
yes for reliabilitydifficult to sync and read out put , consumption etc
thought 6kw would mean 6kw out put but 6kw panels limited by 5 kw inverter
Great installer, honest, good communication and the quality of the install is great.
CTI solar are a great company to deal with, kept us up to date through the whole process.Installation is neat and tidy.
They have also arranged for the meter to be upgraded.
