Excellent service and a great result.
Derwent Electrical responded to us via the Solar Quotes referral service. Sam contacted us promptly and arranged an onsite visit to assess our needs and discuss detailed aspects of the job, particularly the location of the battery and inverter. He presented us with several options at different price points and explained the pros and cons of each. The final price for the battery and panels was significantly lower than we'd been quoted by another installer, so we decided to spend the difference on two heat pumps.The install went smoothly despite challenging weather, and the work was very neat and tidy. Sam carried out a personal inspection at completion and arranged a follow up visit to make some last tweaks to the system at no extra charge.
Derwent Electrical handled all the paperwork including applying for rebates and liasing with TasNetworks. Communication was excellent.
We're very happy with our system and highly recommend Derwent Electrical.

Sam and the boys did an amazing job from start to finish. Sam is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and his team was respectful, professional, and kept everything clean throughout the job. I couldn't be happier with the result. Five stars to Sam and the boys! Highly recommended.
