Fantastic Installer

Excellent service and a great result.
Derwent Electrical responded to us via the Solar Quotes referral service. Sam contacted us promptly and arranged an onsite visit to assess our needs and discuss detailed aspects of the job, particularly the location of the battery and inverter. He presented us with several options at different price points and explained the pros and cons of each. The final price for the battery and panels was significantly lower than we'd been quoted by another installer, so we decided to spend the difference on two heat pumps.The install went smoothly despite challenging weather, and the work was very neat and tidy. Sam carried out a personal inspection at completion and arranged a follow up visit to make some last tweaks to the system at no extra charge.
Derwent Electrical handled all the paperwork including applying for rebates and liasing with TasNetworks. Communication was excellent.
We're very happy with our system and highly recommend Derwent Electrical.

Very good experience
Great experience. It’s only September, two months in, and we are already seeing the bills at zero. The installation was fast, smooth and professional. Love the new batteries, very quiet and sleek and seem to be doing the job. App is easy to follow. I feel like Sam and the team are installing top quality components , we are super pleased we went with them- they kept us informed and ajeays showed upOn time.
