Professional advice with quality install and service Geoff Sach
The sales and quoting process was very professional with onsite visit before quote. Installation was completed on time in half a day and was totally professional with expert advice on operation of online app. I would recommend Electralink to anyone wishing to acquire a solar system.Inverter rating: 5/5
A good experience all round
The Electralink representative visited our home within days of our enquiry and discussed our requirements of the system and reviewed our power usage. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Based on this meeting an equipment layout was proposed and agreed.Of the 3 quotes obtained they were the best in terms of price and installation time.
Installation was scheduled for 3 weeks later. They were on time and completed the installation in a day. This included grid connection. The electrician showed us how to monitor the system via their App and pointed out the relevant system isolations.
To date the system has worked perfectly.
