Very impressed, Neat work and installed quicker than I expected
Kelly in the office was prompt to contact me initially (the first after my Solarquotes inquiry) and remained prompt with email replies throughout the purchase process. I was particularly focused on installation location and some special needs relating to my existing infrastructure. Sam showed a friendly openness to understanding my numerous prerequisites on initial inspection and Sasha made a special visit later to finalise details with me. Considering how busy the industry is at present, I was surprised how quickly they were able to supply and install the Sigenstor system. Sasha and Sam came to do the installation together and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at their attention to detail and how neatly they did the job considering the location and other complexities. They were extremely polite when coming in the house and using our facilities, and worked a long day to get the installation completed (including some extra detail I gave them on the day). These folk are very familiar with the Sigenstor system and it's DC Charger and have personal experience with operation as well.EV Charger rating: 4/5

Prompt and straight forward installation - isn't that what anyone want?
The quote from EV Australia was prompt and complete, details are confirmed over the phone. Email questions are followed up promptly, too. The installation date was set within a week.The electrician was courteous, helpful in explaining how the EV charger works. Beautiful workmanship. The wiring works are hidden in between the double brick wall. All clean up after works have been completed. It takes about 4 hours.

Excellent service
From the quoting through to completion of the install these guys were outstanding.Quick to get back on the quote and the install was completed within a week of me accepting the quote.
Communication from Kelly throughout the process was faultless.
Sam was the installer and his workmanship and punctuality was the best you could get. When finished you wouldn't have even known he had been there, except for the cool charger on the wall.
I could not rate my experience with these guys any higher.
