Great Team, super happy with outcome
Great team to deal with, professional and courteous. Quoted and installed a well-designed system. SigEnergy 24kw Battery and extra 6kw of panels. Installers were great, on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I can recommend these folks unreservedly.12 November 2025

The quote was very detailed and i understood his every word..Tthe installation was very neat and tidy.The best part of the transaction was that I reviewed the system and every part of the installation was within the 8 best systems available.

All parties carried out their task with efficiency and effectiveness.
The fire wall sheeting will need attention which I have given them till the end of the year to carry out the replacement which is 'makeshift'.Supplier Reply:

Solar battery install made easy
After researching and soul searching the idea of solar battery installation it was a pleasure to deal with Hardy Electrical. From the initial quote , office assistance and then installation the process was made both easy and exceptional in quality. The installation guys were impressive and very helpful in the time they spent here. I cannot speak highly enough of Hardy Electrical and recommend them to anyone thinking of solar battery installation.Battery rating: 5/5
Good experience.
Two companies recommended Goodwe systems and Hardy was the most favourable. Genevo's quote was on a Sigenergy system and it was much higher. Hardy was preferred mainly because they installed our panels a few years ago. Unfortunately, they could not obtain the Goodwe batteries so changed their recommendation to Sigenergy. It cost more which was disappointing but we were assured it was a better system. The installation was well done. The guys were polite and seemed to know what they were doing and explained the process. I would have liked more explanation on how to read the App but the office support has done that.Panel rating: 4/5
