Best Service !!!!
I couldn't be happier with the whole process, Zorren is a dying breed of salesmen, he actually delivers on what he promises.Installation was top notch as was communication on the whole process.
After sales service is just as good.
I give a score of 5/5 to all from Sales, installers to admin, actually sales get a 10/5, as I felt like family.
Thanks Zorren

Absolute Worst Company To Deal With
The sale process was well presented with an excellent and well informed representative.. But thats where it ends. Installation was a shambles with 56 holes left in the timber walls of the house, had 2 inverters installed which didn't line up and one was 30 odd mm higher than the other . Conduit installed was damaged and silicone sealer smeared all over the walls. You can't paint over Silicon. One of the installers was ill when he arrived{didnt wear a mask} and coughed and spat all over the yard, this was right in the height of COVID. They arrived without the needed government documentation to do the work during the covid lockdowns. They damaged plants in the garden and even when asked to take care they kept working where they caused the damage. There was plenty of room to work away from garden. Its been over 2 years since installation and despite consistent phone calls from myself the problem still hasnt been fixed despite numerous promises from them. They did send a person to fix the problem but he was clearly out of his depth and when i tried to speak to him about his work his response was that thats all he was going to do as HP ENERGY hadn't paid him. Funny when you consider that HP Energy demanded full payment when installation was done, even though not connected and knowing that there were several issues. They refused to connect installation to the grid until payment was done. We paid that day with promises from HP Energy that all issues would be fixed ASAP. do yourself a favour and stay away from HP Energy. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Never lived up to the sales pitch and contract, on going issues.
Had been recommended HP Energy, knew what I wanted and included the dual 5kw system plus items to finish off the build (awning and cabling covers).Installer turned up and didn't know the job, what was needed and that it was a double storey. Returned days later, taking 2 days to install. Was meant to have dual duplicate systems to ensure maximum output and generation of power. But on the day installed 13/16 panel split. Setup the incorrect array to be export limited.
There were a number of setup issues with the inspector requiring the installer to return and fix. There appeared to be no confidence in the installer and they seemed to fumble around with the setup unsure of how it was meant to be. Even though they assured they've done this type of installation before.
Engaged customer service due to the system not installed to my understanding of the contract. Took many attempted and no outcome. They failed to install the awning or supply cable covering.
After 1 month of install (FEB 2021) the system started to randomly shutdown via the smart meter they installed. Thus one array would stop producing power and exporting to the grid. I began communication with support then and as of November 2021 I've still yet to have the system fixed and still chasing them up. They said they would replace the meter months ago, no-one has attended. They call, they see the error and it's frequency, but never any follow up.
So if you're going with this company, be sure to state explicit what you want in the contract and don't fully pay the until you have been supplied what was in the contract and fully working system. I made this mistake and paying the price months on.

Horrible service. They damaged my property.
They damaged my property by drilling a hole. No one is ready to fix it or give me the money to fix it after I have them the quote. Called 3 times and they did not bother to even call me up. I will report this to ombudsmen now. Tired of this run around with them.Panel rating: 1/5

Continual poor experience with HP Energy
The sales/quoting process was excellent. I could not fault the salesperson; hence I went with HP Energy. The installation was good. It was the first time the installer had installed batteries, so it was a learning curve for both of us. The installer was good, as was his apprentice. They were both learning, and I did notice that the installer ensured that the apprentice knew a certain component. I liked the thoroughness!
There was a call back of the installers due to understanding/meeting Victorian regulations. This was fixed as required.
I switched to a electricity provider as suggested by salesperson and this was good. My electricity bill was better than what I expected
Customer service has been wanting!.
I noticed my electricity bill was higher than anticipated from January 2026. This is because my solar panels are no longer generating electricity. The panels were installed 2019.
I had requested, repeatedly, service from HP Energy to find the fault. To no avail.
My solar panel installers checked their installation and suggested the fault was not with their system. If my solar panel installer had have stayed at my property for about 10 minutes the HP electricians would have been told how to fix the problem with the battery addition.
I had contacted the HP salesperson repeatedly concerning the issue. The HP salesperson, on my behalf, contacted HP Energy Head Office. HP Energy Head Office contacted the salesperson instead of me, twice! A Head Office representative told the salesperson that the issue has been fixed. I was gobsmacked that direct communication with client was non-existent.
I have requested, repeatedly, HP Energy to send an electrician to my property to fix the issue, however, all of the electricians are booked (in April 2026) to install items that HP Energy offers. I am pleased to say that my issue has been 'escalated'!
I am yet to get a firm date when an electrician will be scheduled to visit my property.
