Excellent installer and installation
The sales/quoting process was excellent: friendly, considerate of our views, flexible approachAll work was punctual, polite, friendly, cleanup after each visit
Customer service also excellent, responded to queries, informed us of role of TasNwetworks etc at each step

Excellent installation and professional service
The experience from start to finish was seamless and professional. JE Electrical organized everything with the supply authority, they were punctual and completed the installation of an 8 kw system in one day. The installation is extremely neat and well finished, all labelling and diagrams are neat and well presented. Jake took the time to explain the inverter and the wireless interface and the unit was up and running when they left for the day.I arranged the finance for the installation through the Tas Government finance scheme and this was vey simple and Jake was able to guide me through the process. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend JE Electrical for all Electrical and Solar work.
The installation has been operating for almost 12 months and have no issues and the savings are fantastic

Exceptional service - he goes above and beyond the expectations.
Very quick service and installation and Jake is a very pleasant person to work with.
Above expectation and still performing brilliantly
Neighbours recommended this installer. We had some standard electrical work done including a heat pump and were pretty happy with the whole process so we asked for a quote for solar cells.We did some comparisons with other systems and decided that a Solar Edge setup gave the best cost/benefit at that time (2021).
The installation was astonishingly efficient - all 17 cells installed on a second floor roof in one day along with the inverter and cabling.
