Arrived when they said they would & a great installation Job.
The whole process was a painless experience from the initial quote & explanation of the process to the agreed installation date, the install team where actually waiting out the front of my premises & ready to go at 7am, the agreed time. I could not fault them, very efficient & polite along with a quality job I couldn't have asked for anything more!10 months later we asked John: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes after 12mths the whole system is performing flawlessly, very happy with everything.

A good experience
The owner of the company came to do the installation with his team. They came out and removed old panels so I could replace the roofing before the installation. They came a second time to install the panels and then again when the battery arrived. They did extra work which wasn't part of the quote while they were there without charge. They consulted me on the position of the panels, battery, gateway, awning over battery and the cabling. They tidied up after themselves and did a neat job. I was informed on expected dates for each step of the installation and when there was an unexpected delay in supply of the inverter the reason was explained and a time frame was given. Overall it was completed within the original timeframe and budget with no extras being charged. If I have a problem I have the owners direct telephone number. It is operating well so far. It is summer time so I am in credit by about $8 after a week and we have had a few overcast days.

Excellent installation and great to work with. A+
Really happy I chose to go with LV Renewables. Excellent service from the start - happy to answer questions, gave us options and didn't push us until anything we didn't want. They were also the only ones to come out for a on-site inspection to design a system that works for our house - not just go off Google Maps imagery. Our install was relatively complex, and the guys took care of everything without any problems whatsoever. They were bang on time each day, very tidy and friendly to deal with. They even went the extra mile to remove some old unused pool heating from the roof, swap out broken tiles and prepare our place for a EV charger install next year. The install itself is very neat and the roof panels are laid out in a logical and aesthetically pleasing way - not just whacked up there in the easiest possible way for the installer. They took care of all the paperwork, explained how everything works and demonstrated how to monitor our production moving forwards. Would 100% recommend them.18 October 2025
Good communication, price and tidy install
The quoting process with Sean was great and very knowledgeable. Provided several options and answered all my questions. The in-house installer Tyler came onsite to check location before quote finalisation.Sean was great with communication with unexpected delays as our install got caught up with supply issues because EOF the new battery rebate.
Unfortunately I had specifically requested a few panels on west side and on the day they were not installed & instead added to our east string (due to not being enough voltage to trigger the string), Tyler did not mention it during install and I only noticed when I looked at the roof the next day. This was our only disappointment in regards to communications, we were shown voltage results on why west string wasn't viable so it was really just a limitation with the system.
Took an extra visit to get the monitoring working correctly, but it was a quick & simple.

Easy and value for money
LV Renewables were great to deal with gave a very competitive price on best gear . Kept informed throughout, installers did a great job and left everything tidy.Highly recommend

A very professional team.
I found the company very helpful in getting the right system that suited me.The only company out of five that went onto the roof to check for solar panel layout rather then relying on satellite imagery.
I met the boys on the install and found them very pleasant and informative, answering my questions was not a problem.
Now the system is up and running I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Quality system and great communication.
Sales and quoting/site inspection were quick and straightforward. Sean communicated really well throughout and was always easy to get hold of if I had questions. Tim and the installation team turned up on time, did a quality job, and left everything clean and tidy. They walked me through the app setup, explained how the system works, and answered all my questions clearly. It wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but the quality of the system and workmanship made it worth it.
