Waited more than 3 months and still no installation, refunded. Bad experience
Really bad experience with them. When I decided to go with them, they told me the battery would be here in a month. A month later, no news from them so I called them. They had no idea where my battery is, and then told me I had to wait another month due to delays. I had to call them again after a month and finally got an installation date. They cancelled my installation 3 times!! First one they told me previous job was delayed so I had to reschedule, second one they didn't even offer an explanation. Last one they told me their contractor bailed on them. They keep telling me they have too many jobs and they are calling lots of customers to cancel.The worst part of this experience is that I had to keep calling them to get an installation date. The scheduling person is rarely there to pick up the phone, and when I was told she would call back, she doesn't! Emails I sent don't get replied to. I decided to get a refund because of the agony of this experience. Federal government recently made changes in 2026, so my 30 KW battery is going to cost more due to reduced rebates...thanks to this company's incompetence. Not to mention they held 50% deposit for more than 3 months, I lost interest over this large sum of money for almost 4 months.
Please do not take on all these jobs when you have no ability to install them, very disappointing.

Online Air and Solar Battery
The team at Online Air and Solar ere supportive from start to finish. We chose the Skybox option.The preparation, installation & customer support were without a hitch.
The tradesman were diligent, tidy, polite & knowledgeable.
The system is saving us dollars daily & is easy to monitor.
Installation was generally good.
Installation generally good.Have 2 circuits in my house and only 1 circuit was covered by solar.
Was still paying grid power for the 2nd circuit.
Took over 3 months to get system working for the entire house. No replies to my enquiries.
Costed over $1000 for grid power usage when I should have been using solar only.
Customer service follow up was virtually none existant.
After threatening Ombudsman referral finally got inspector who fixed the problem with a screw driver and wiring modification
Took 5 minutes to fix.
Never got refund for excess grid usage.
Very disappointed with follow up customer service.
