Professional, Smooth and Stress-Free Solar Installation Experience
The sales and quoting process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. They took the time to understand my household’s energy usage and future needs, carefully explaining different system options and pricing structures. All my questions were answered clearly, and I felt confident in the recommendation provided.The installation went very well. The team was punctual, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently and kept the site clean and tidy. After completion, they walked me through the system setup and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving.
Customer service has also been excellent. They assisted with organising the grid connection and ensured all paperwork was handled properly. They also took the time to explain how to monitor and manage the system, which made the transition seamless.
Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

Outstanding Service from Initial Contact to Successful Installation
My experience with Power Ideas, particularly with Aadip Kapadia, has been nothing short of exceptional. Aadip visited my home, attentively listened to my preferences, and utilized his wealth of experience to craft a proposal that not only optimized my roof space but also aligned seamlessly with my budget expectations. From that point onward, the entire process unfolded seamlessly.Aadip maintained open lines of communication, ensuring I was fully informed at every stage of the journey. The installation team, comprised of skilled tradesmen, demonstrated a high level of friendliness and professionalism. Remarkably, they completed the installation within a single day, coinciding with our moving day. Their foresight in minimizing disruptions, understanding the chaos of moving, was greatly appreciated.
Even now, approximately five weeks post-installation, Aadip remains accessible for any questions I may have. His continued commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Power Ideas. The outcome has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service provided.

Excellent Service from Initial Phone Call to Completed Installation
Sumon Mia from Power Ideas came to my house, listened to what I wanted, provided his experience and expertise to develop a proposal which optimised my roof space and met my budget expectations. From there on it was smooth sailing. Sumon kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. The Tradesmen who installed the system were very friendly and professional. They removed an old system and fully installed the new within a day. Power Ideas also arranged for the removal of the old system.I would recommend Power Ideas without hesitation. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Not up to expectations
No onsite pre visit, all done over phone and online. Only 7 day wait from deposit to connection.Quick efficient installation, though they initially brought wrong panels but returned 3 days later and completed.
Team of 3 only one spoke english but limited communication. Panels installed in different location to sales quote without explanation, probably fine, but I would have appreciated knowing why.
Absolutely no follow up or explanation of system and monitoring. Contacted office with promise to get back to me- didnt happen.
Called the inverter manufacturer tech helpline to finally get the app to monitor output.
Installers left rails poking out. Just cosmetic, but think a bit sloppy, unprofessional.
I dont need to be babied, but was expecting a little more care and communication.

What you would expect
Initial sales consultation was excellent. Shane was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to return calls/emails.The value for money on the quality equipment was also extremely competitive.
Installation was punctual but was not the smoothest of sailing. They were a little rushed and not so cautions on the roof, resulting in some popped rivets in ridges and crimps in a couple roof sheets. They were friendly and knowledgeable though and the install was very quick. After sales support is virtually nill though with me left to learn a the system and wifi operation myself.

Excellent Solar Installation with Power Ideas
My initial contact for solar installation with Power Idea was through sales consultant Shyamal Pal, he was very friendly and very informative and a very big help explaining the solar install process. His assistance throughout the signup and loan application was outstanding and the principal reason I was able to "go solar".My solar installation was handled by Adam Salim (and his son), and i found these contractor/tradesmen installers to be very polite , knowledgeable , explaining to me the work outline and stage progression. (Might I add the prevailing weather did not lend assistance , yet the guys were able to meet the install target ). The install was completed as per timeframe in a very professional manner and the quality and finished product is excellent. My neighbours have made comment on how neat the roofing panels look, and I agree.
Since the solar install has been completed I have been advised by Power Ideas admin of the progress and organising process for the grid connection and provided with instructional and warranty detail.
I recommend Power Ideas solar install program and the people working for this organisation very highly.

Good Service
Good timely supply and installation. the only problem was the heavy person who continued to walk on the ridges rather than in the valleys.It was a replacement system with a battery output.

I was impressed with Marcus from my first phone call when he clearly answered all my questions regarding to solar panel and battery system installation. His team was excellent and everything went smoothly during the installation. The system has been working well over one week now. Highly recommended!
