Highly recommend Stephen and the team!
From my initial query all the way through to after-sales support, Stephen was absolutely great to deal with. Communication was flawless throughout the entire solar and battery installation process. The installation team was friendly, professional, and left everything incredibly tidy. What was also impressive was the after-sales service—Stephen answered all my follow-up questions quickly and thoroughly. Fantastic experience from start to finish!30 May 2026

Excellent customer service

Excellent installation
From beginning to completion of installation of solar panels, and battery it was a very professional job.Steve helped me understand the whole process including he installed my apps and showed me how to use and review the system
Also when my sister couldn't find an electrician to install fans in her new house in Jurian Bay they went there and did it for her
Power Source Electrical will remain my electrician for all requirements as they very friendly, helpful and totally professional

Professional and knowledgeable team, great installation.

Professional Install

Quick Turnaround
Husband and wife team of Steven and Elaine run Power Source Solar and they were very polite and really quick in terms of providing quotes and then coming around to actually install the system (Panels, Inverter, Battery).Installation took a day (around 9 hours) with Steven herding a bunch of what seemed to be apprentices who were cheery fun loving lads.
The team might take a couple of days to respond to queries sometimes as they are still a relatively small team who will no doubt expand over time.
A few days after installation, I noticed bits of cardboard strewn all over the backyard (which were no doubt remnants of packing for the system left on the roof), but on the day however the team tidied up everything they could, which was amazing.
It seems that during installation the Wifi dongle wasn’t fastened tightly/properly to the inverter which caused a few issues with it trying to connect to the home wifi. Ultimately it was a simple fix, but please check this after installation.
I would thoroughly recommend Power Source Solar, though a small tip: prior to installation or on the day please request Steven to set up the ‘tariff’ setting in the App.

Battery Install
Stephen and the team were fantastic in providing me a quote for my battery install at short notice. Trying to beat the cut off of 1 May 2026 for the rebate the team worked quickly and efficiently to do all the required paperwork and approvals within a week and have a installation the follow week on a public holiday. They listened to what I wanted, rather than over complicating the process and doing a general sales pitch. They also installed a black out function.Given we were late in making a decision, Stephen was upfront on the additional cost to install on a weekend to ensure the install occured prior to the rebate cut off.
Even after sales service has been brilliant. The team are always on hand to answer any questions and come back to site if there are any concerns.
Would definitely recommend the team at Power Source.

Excellent job - start to finish
I recently had a home solar battery installed by Power Source Solar Batteries Perth, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Stephen, the owner, was absolutely awesome to deal with from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable, highly responsive to all my questions, and provided a quote that was very reasonably priced.The installation itself was completed to a very high standard, strictly adhering to all required Australian standards. What really stood out was their professionalism when they ran into some unexpected complexity at my property. Even though the complications almost doubled the effort required for the job, Stephen and his team handled it with a smile and never complained. They also left the site completely spotless once the work was done. I highly recommend Power Source Solar Batteries Perth to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and top-quality installation!

Stephen answered all my questions in a very timely manner before, during and after the installation. Even on the weekend and at night, he never hesitates to help me with all my user-error issues. Definitely had the right company!! 5 stars for sure.Battery rating: 5/5

Early install
The battery was installed earlier that anticipated due to a cancellation. Guys arrived bright and early and after inspection got right into the installation which did involve crawling around in a low ceiling space.Job finished around 16:00 and a short handover was given on the app, powerboard etc.
Job was done very neatly and the guys did a good job of cleanup after. I had a couple of requests re placement of the battery and bollards and the team did an awesome job sorting that for me.

Good quotation process. Able to provide alternate quotes and adjust specs without a hassle.Had some issues with the battery/inverter during installation which Stephen and the team sorted out free of charge.
Good value for money and more personable than some of the bigger companies.
