Fantastic design, install and service: the red carpet experience
Cracking team at Pure Electric. Engineering mindset (not pushy salespeople), holistic view of solar in the full electrification journey, collaborative approach to finding a system that fits the roof and the budget - with multiple tweaks to refine to our exact requirements. They've got industry and engineering knowledge, and know how to apply it to produce efficient designs. The install itself was flawless and we're now enjoying the insights from the Fronius smart meter. Also nice touch with the registering of extended warranty on our behalf :-)Inverter rating: 5/5

Sale and quoting process was quick and very clear to understand what we were getting, what it would cost and how much of a rebate we were intitled to. The system Paul designed was beyond our expectations and a fantastic result for us. Assistance with the government grants and the follow up for this process was great, we would have found it confusing and a little dauting. Applications and process was all taken care of by our installer.Delivery & installation was organised quickly and carried out by professional, polite & knowledgeable individuals. Our install site wasn't so straight forward but installers persevered to get the job done. Very happy with the result.
Our lack of understanding how inverters need to communicate online and us setting up the Fronius Inverter account wasn't that straight forward. I think for people not familiar with this tech the Fronius website could be more user friendly and more representative of individual systems. I still don't understand the alert/reports I occasionally get. However the Tesla battery App is great, so simple as and tells us what we need to know so we don't bother with Fronius App or website anymore.
Grid connection was all part of the install as far as I know but our retailer was slow getting in touch so we were exporting power for a couple of months without an arrangement. I contacted our installer who moved things along and now we are all good. Very happy customers. Thank you.

Great installer, great service.
Installation was on Time as discussed.Sales and quoting process was good.
This was for an off-grid system and they seemed to do a quality job.

The installation of our solar system including a battery and heat pump was a positive experience.It started with using the Solar Quotes platform to identify suitable companies to approach for quotes. All companies were responsive, professional and good to work with. We did however decide on another company, Pure Electrics, that wasn’t one of those initial companies but is on the Solar Quotes list. The Pure Electrics team were great to work with and offered a more holistic approach from the heat pump, solar system, battery and through to planning for an EV. This was all done in late 2023 with the amazing Callunn and his son completing the installation 2 days before Christmas. Callunn’s attention to detail and quality of his work was very impressive.
It’s early days but all going very well!
