Friendly and Helpfull Solar Company
I would recommend RJG solar to anyone that is looking for a no nonsense, logical and straightforward Solar company.Adam at RJG was very approachable, knowledgeable and prompt with all enquiries throughout my quoting and installation process.
The installation with Riley and his team went smoothly with minimal interruptions to power to the home and all cable runs were installed neatly and professionally within walls and out of sight.
Post install setup and configuration has taken a bit of time to get to where we want it to be, however the follow up with Adam has been very good and they continue to work with us to optimize the system.

Great quote installation and service
Rang around for quotes and overall RJG electric was the one we chose. They were efficient and helpful. The installation was completed promptly and the electrical checks completed and passed and the battery is now operational.08 May 2025
Excellent Service
Everything from quote to installation was very professional. The installation team were very polite and efficient. Riley was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond the scope of the job. I would highly recommend them to future clients.
On the ball
Adam and Riley are the two people we dealt with (RFG Electrical) and we felt they were answering all our questions and taking our thoughts on board. We have a small timber cottage with only two occupants and didn't want the humble character of the house being overshadowed by slabs of electrical hardware. We do hope to add a more specialised 'solar farm' roof area at the rear in the future.The system suggested for us has 12x500 watt panels discreetly and sensibly mounted as 2 strings with east, north and west facing panels. We have a 10kw inverter (which gives us room to add more panels and expand without buying another inverter) and a modular, 2x8kw battery. We were offered and accepted seamless backup which means our system automatically takes over if grid power fails. This means our fridge keeps ticking over if we are both away with work.
Installation was handled very professionally by Riley. He had 3 people on site during panel installation, no mess, no fuss and kept us informed on progress. He finished before Christmas as promised, which gave us the full battery rebate. RFG handled all the regulatory paperwork. Riley assisted us to install the controlling and montoring phone software. We are still waiting for final integration into the grid, but since installation have used ZERO electrical from the grid.
We would recommend RFG to anyone wanting an intelligent and sensible solar installation.
