SEQ Solar is one of Southeast Queensland’s leading solar energy companies and specialise in solar solutions for residential homes and businesses across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich regions. We are dedicated to assisting Queenslanders in reducing their carbon footprint and finding the right solution for their individual circumstances, all while saving money, and creating greater energy freedom.
At SEQ Solar, we are proud to say that we are a local family-owned business with over 10 years in the industry. We believe in good old fashioned personalised customer service and support. We do not use subcontractors or salespeople - you will be dealing with the company owner, throughout the entire design, quote, and installation process. Additionally, our in-house CEC-accredited, licensed Electricians carry out all our installations.
We pride ourselves on providing quality systems that will withstand the test of time. Along with this, we only offer reputable brands with an Australian-based office and support team providing sales product and warranty support. These more prominent brands provide better warranty terms, post installation support and greater performance over the lifespan of the system.
We believe in our work and offer a 25-year workmanship warranty on all solar system installations.
We also provide post-installation support, including firmware, system performance, health checks and include free monitoring via the inverter manufacturers’ software to ensure you get the most out of your system. Comprehensive system monitoring is also available via a third-party software solar.
Analytics at an additional cost.
At SEQ Solar, we offer and encourage you to take advantage of our free no obligation onsite assessments to cover off all aspects of your solar proposal, including a shade analysis survey and inspection of your switchboard/ meter box to assess any potential electrical upgrade works that may be required, so there will be no surprises on the day of installation – and as electricians, we can handle any electrical work needed.

Great to deal with
The SEQ Solar team were good to deal with.Answered all my questions, were more flexible than other installers, were happy to accommodate my changing requirements before committing.
Did a good install job and followed up on my behalf with the equipment manufacturer when I had questions.
All in all a good experience.

Friendly, informative and supportive
Tim was very friendly and informative, which was very helpful when determining which installer to select. Excellent Installation & Highly Professional Service
The quote was provided quickly and was easy to understand. We wanted a higher quality panel and found many were not able to/wanted to provide and were trying to get us to settle for a cheaper product, but we had researched the panels we wanted and SEQ solar were happy to oblige. The installation was completed quickly and our property was left clean and tidy at the end. We upgraded to 3 phase for our EV charging station and this was troublesome because of waiting and dealing with Energex. SEQ were able to make all the necessary upgrades to our mains and worked with Energex directly to ensure that our property was compliant. I am confident that SEQ went above and beyond for my family to ensure that we had the system we wanted and we didn't need to remortgage the house to pay for it. Highly recommend Tim and the SEQ team. I have added some images from my new drone to show their workmanship.

Got the EV charger customised for my needs
My request for an EV charger was answered by his representative, who relayed the info to the director. The same director supplied the initial quote and offered contact via mobile or email address. The first price was comprehensive, gave me all the information I required to move forwards, and, after more research, supported my belief that top-notch components were combined with a top EV charger. The director, who also finished the quotation amendments to include a myenergi hub, extra CT Clamp, longer charging cable etc. He also satisfactorily responded to all of my questions. Comparatively speaking, the rival supplied me an EV Charger and a lower price, but it wasn't sufficient for my needs. I'm happy with my purchase overall, especially with the director's help in clarifying warranty registration and his follow-up with the manufacturer after a professional supply and installation. In summary, the director exhibited all the qualities of a great sparky; honesty, professionalism, contactable, prompt response and patience.EV Charger: Zappi Version 2

Got the job done, no stress, no drama
Spoke directly with the director, he was able to quote quickly, no sales pitch, felt like an honest guy. The big differentiator was that I needed some extra work to fix my fans and he put in a great price for those, the competition said they would "do a deal" and what they came back with was pretty unreasonable. I followed my gut by going with this company despite no reviews here, but based on my interactions with other companies, there was an air of honesty that appealed. The quote was professional and had all the information you'd expect, best of all, installation was available the following week!Installers came on a ridiculously hot day, got the job done with no dramas, including the fan controllers.
The setup of the invertor and connection to the grid was smooth. Very happy overall.

Best decision I made for my home!
I can't recommend Tim and his team enough! Getting solar was a big decision, and they made me feel at ease the entire time. The installation was quick, they explained everything perfectly, and my new solar system is saving me a ton of money. I haven't had a power bill since!I also wanted custom relays for my hot water and pool, and Tim made it happen – great lad! The customer service is fantastic – they always answer my questions quickly. If you're thinking about solar, this is the company to choose!
