Good, prompt service. Excellent communication.
Lines of communication were great before, during and after. They came when they said they were coming. Worked hard. Cleaned everything up. Had it up and running on the day.02 January 2026
Great salesman and great team!
The sales person came out (Vincent) and we found him very knowlegable and friendly. The team worked hard on the install and the team were very friendly. Had a problem with cracking tiles as it is an old house but the team got the job done!30 October 2025
Sincere company
From quotes to installation, Sip Energy is very responsive and staff very polite. Theo the sales consultant is very polite and responsive. Briony is very understanding.The Installation went smoothly and place was kept clean and tidy. Mo, the electrician, is very pleasant and patient. He helped to download the iSolar app and patiently went through with us how to maintain the battery.
As this review is given only a week after the installation, I am not able to give a review on the quality of the system.

SipEnergy – Highly Recommend!
I just want to say a big thank you to Nick and the entire SipEnergy team. The guys on-site, especially Mo and the team, were amazing. A special thanks to Michael for taking the time to ensure everything was set up correctly. We’re extremely happy with the solar panels and battery installation. We were pretty nervous before the job started, but as soon as the team arrived, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!09 April 2025

Great experience with Sip energy for a battery installation.Ian came for a house assessment, listened to my requirements, offered advice and liaised with the technical team and owner, Nick to discuss some logistical issues in threading the lines for the AC coupled battery to my garage.
They were the only team offering a quick installation turnaround and in quickly sourcing the battery I wanted. I did not feel pushed in oversizing the battery, as it occurred with other companies.
The installing team was punctual, friendly, polite and clean.
I initially experienced some post-installation smart meter reading issues with ISolar Cloud (Sungrow), but this appeared related to Sungrow software upgrades and not to the installation itself: Nick was available throughout and engaged in discussing my concerns and organised a review by his team. The issue was resolved after direct communication with Sungrow.
The battery is perfroming well after 2 months from installation.
