Great system, poor installation process
The sales guy was great, talked us through all of our options and answered all of our questions. However, the installation took over 10 weeks from start to finish, with lots of false starts and several different people showing up at different times.At one point we had to insist they came back because they had installed 2 less panels than what was designed, and they eventually put them up.
Other than the installers, customer service was pretty good. There was a series of annoying emails congratulating us on our new install before it was complete, but we got there.
The system itself is excellent and I am very comfortable we have the best one for our circumstances.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the installation process. Your project experienced delays due to the steep roof pitch and periods of wet weather, which created safety risks for our installers. While these precautions are essential to ensure everyone gets home safely, we understand how frustrating the extended timeframe and multiple site visits would have been. We also apologise for the confusion around the automated emails being sent before the installation was fully complete.
Regarding the additional panels, thank you for raising the issue at the time. We're pleased we were able to rectify this and ensure the system was installed as originally designed.
