Quick, responsive and value for money!

Best deal I have ever done
From start to finish, Sundrop Electricals provided an outstanding service.The quoting process was straightforward and responsive, with all my questions addressed and adjustments made without issue. Installation occurred right on schedule, and Shane and his team were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless and ready to go. The system was commissioned immediately and has run perfectly from day one. Their assistance with setting up the monitoring app was the final touch that made the whole experience stress-free.

Fast, cost effective, great installers. Highly recommend
Shane and his team at Sundrop came highly recommended from a family friend, and my experience has been same.Shane was prompt with his quote, and answered all my queries regarding batteries and my future needs with regards to EV and such. He explained all options along with a very reasonable price point.
Prompt turn around as well - 2 weeks from quote to install. Absolutely stunned at their professionalism and they left everything clean and tidy.
The system was active straight away, and he even tested blackout protection before handing over! Highly recommended to get in touch with Sundrop Electrical for your solar needs!

Easy Peasy
I was sceptical at first if I'm honest.. offering install at a really reasonable price without a 3 month wait time.But, it was so!
A working 6.6kwh system is currently on my roof, working like it is supposed to.. from first contact to install might have been a little over a week.
We're stoked.. good comms, good pricing, good service, professional team of installers.. Yea Na.. thumbs up all around guys!
Can vouch for these guys.

Quotation gave 3 options, all explained clearly.Installation was on the agreed date and looks fine, left very tidy. Too early to tell about the quality, but works as expected.

Great communication, prompt service, excellent install
Sam, Shane and the team were fantastic. Promptly got back to me with a quote and walked through all the options and did an on site inspection prior to finalising the quote. On the day arrived on time, did a very clean looking install, tidied up and walked through the system. Would highly recommend Sundrop Electricals!

Highly rate Sundrop Electricals on sales advice, system and installation quality
The initial education from Solarquotes was really helpful, even for myself as an electrical engineer who does not work in the field of renewables. Solarquotes was able to recommend two firms for my area in Perth. Sundrop Electricals were able to answer all my questions, and they have a good level of technical knowledge on domestic solar systems. From all of my enquiries, I received 2 quotes, mostly due to businesses being too busy and also not too interested as I wasn't buying a battery system as well. I chose the Sundrop Electricals' proposal for the combination of Jinko panels and the 10 kVA Fronius Gen24 Inverter.All interaction required with our energy provider was done by the Sundrop team, so the process was easy.
The installation process was consultative, and the workmanship is of a high level. All of the team was polite and due to the size of the team, it only took 6 hours. The system handover and supplied documentation were done well. There was no hurry to just abandon me with the new system. I have received all required electrical notices from the regulator and they initiated the energy retailer processes as well.
I can recommend Sam and Shane from Sundrop. They are passionate about renewable energy and take pride in their work and business.

Excellent before, during and after sales service
Other installers sent quotes without vsiting our home. Sam from Sundrop was great, he explained his quote, checked that our tiles (which are quite old) we in good condition to allow installation of the panels and talked through our options. We actually chose a more expensive solution than he recommended just because we wanted total integration with our vehicle charging, and Sundrop did not push this solution.Sam has been responsive and completed all work as scheduled. He connected everything through the wifi app and registered and setup everyhting for us, including the car charger.
We highly recommend Sundrop and Sam to any prospective solar customers..

Couldn’t work with a better company
The sales quoting process was very efficient and detailed. The installation team were punctual, polite and very efficient. They did all the ‘go between’ paperwork between us and the energy supplier. They were very patient in explaining how the system works and answered all questions. Very impressed with this company and would certainly recommend them to others.24 June 2025

SunDrop electrical made the process of selecting and installing solar very easy.Re sales - Kevin D was helpful but not pushy and explained all my options very clearly .
Shane and his installation team were excellent, installing the system on time, quickly and efficiently. Clean up afterwards was good and Shane clearly explained the set up and use of the system to me before they left.
Follow up support has also been excellent including returning to check things when I had concerns.
I would highly recommend SunDrop Electricals.
Quality install and a happy customer
This is the second time I use Sundrop electrical to install solar & battery and I couldn't recommend them enough.Shane and his team did an awesome job. They installed a GoodWe 40kwh battery system + 10.9kh solar system.
Great pricing, neat install and a great and easy system to use. My power bill is now down to less than $100 and I have 2 EVs at home.
