Reliable, reasonably priced installer
Good service and excellent communication. Competitive pricing. Very positive overall experience
Reasonable price, fast response, top quality work.
I couldn't be happier with my dealings with TMEC Services.The salesman visited our house 3 days after I had requested quotes from Solar Quotes. He was a repurposed tradie who actually knew what he was talking about and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't require. The quote came the same day and was so reasonable I signed straight away.
Less than a month later two very pleasant tradies came and spent a couple of days removing the old system and installing a new inverter and panels. They listened when I told them my preferences for how the panels should be positioned on the roof. They were unable to install the battery as it was still in China!.
When the battery arrived they came back and installed that and made sure the system was set up as I wanted.
A really neat install and they left the work area spotless.
So everything was up and working 8 weeks after I had first contacted Solar Quotes and at least 2 of those weeks were waiting for the battery to arrive from China.
Emails have been answered the same day as they were sent - often by Tom Murray, the TM in TMEC Services. Always good to be able to talk to the boss!
