Bare Energy - a fabulous experience
How was the sales/quoting process?Mark was very nice to deal with. No pushy sales like the other 4 quotes I received.
How did the installation go? Polite? Tidy? Punctual?
Very tidy, polite, punctual and helpful.
How was the customer service? e.g. did they help organise the grid connection after the install?
They arranged everything.

A good experience
I received 5 quotes from seperate companies, 3 from those recommended by Solar Quotes, one from a previous supplier and one recommende d by a colleague. I choose Bare Energy because they offered products to my specification and didnt'try to presuade me to use their preferred equipment.The installation was performed efficiently and effectively, a three person crew arrived and 5 hours later completed the job. The supervisor visited for the commisioning of the system, everything worked like clockwork, polite, tidy, and courteous.
The customer service was very informative and Bare Energy organised everything.
