I wanted to write a review for Clean Energy Solutions (Greenhouse Solar and Electrical) located in Albury, after really such a great experience and being super happy with the end result; knowing how daunting it is for anyone to choose an installer with all the hype and risks these days.As anyone would recommend, I went through Solar Quotes and had several installers contact me.
One installer didn’t even want to visit my property which is 2-phase and included 3 buildings (main residence, cottage and machinery shed). This was a red flag and an instant fail for me.
The second installer came out to visit and quoted / scoped the system which was fine, but failed to mention any finer details about needing to dig a trench to run solar DC lines from the main residence back to the shed where the main meter was. Fail.
Clean Energy Solutions (Greenhouse Solar and Electrical) came out to visit (twice) and spent a good deal of time to fully scope their works with every detail and the only company to tell me about needing to locate the Inverters and Battery next to the main meter, and requiring a trench to run the DC cables between the main residence and the shed (where the main meter is).
Their sales person, Andrew, I found had a depth of technical knowledge that gave me every confidence and also the only company that mentioned CBAs Green Loan to help pay for the installation.
Clean Energy Solutions (Greenhouse Solar and Electrical) sent out their crews to fit the ~20kw of solar panels, 2x 10kw Inverters and ~12kwh of battery storage neatly in the shed on the 28th and 29th December! Also removing the smaller solar installation on the cottage that was 20 years old, and helping to rewire the circuit board to best configure the new solar system across the two phases.
Despite the challenge of fitting such a large system between Christmas and New Year with a 2 Phase farm / residence, these guys were amazing, friendly and professional. The installation was very neat and clean. They even pitched in to help backfill the trench which was certainly not part of their scope.
The crew were very helpful and helped me with all my questions during the installation.
I would not hesitate at all to highly recommend Clean Energy Solutions (Greenhouse Solar and Electrical) for your solar project.

Our sales person was very helpful and informative. Brianna took time to answer our questions and to discuss different options.Brianna assisted us with filling out the applications for the government rebates and interest free loans.
Our system was completed in one day and the workers were helpful, polite and cleaned up the site.
Communication was excellent. Price was very competitive.
Once the decision was made the process was very quick.
