Outstanding Solar Company!
We had a solar battery installed in Howard (a small town near Hervey Bay). What an outstanding company and service. Everything went smoothly - from the initial call for the inspection, to the final installation, with great support from the office manager fielding my ongoing questions, all managed promptly and profesionally. They were also the only company to point out my power boards weren't up to spec for the installation so very thorough. Much better service and straight forward than other companies I dealt with yet still competitive. The installation was like clockwork and very tidy and none of my questions during the setup were a problem for any of the team. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the whole setup and how the app works. The tracker app for appointments was that extra level of service which was most welcome. 7 out of 5 stars team. Highly recommended!!
